Maryse finds excellent fast solutions to any reported problem and does her best to support so many tenants on multiple properties. Like with any apartment complex, you have to put in the effort to contact management, but once they are reached everything is resolved. Moving into University Oaks, all I wanted was a safe and affordable community after my last apartment and that's exactly what I got.
I love the community here! Maryse is an excellent manager who takes wonderful care of the people and property. The entire staff are very friendly and professional. I love the natural wooded beauty of our neighborhood and love living here. Many thanks!

We both stayed in close contact for several months before my move-in date. She made the leasing and move-in process so easy. I feel so lucky to have stumbled on the place. =
You won’t find a landlord and maintenance team that cares more than Maryse and Luis. I put in a work order at 10:45 and had the issue resolved by 2. It’s such a quiet complex and everyone is so nice. I cannot say enough nice things about this community, and it’s all 100% true. I’ve lived in other complexes before but now I feel apart of a community. It’s so special.
I recently moved into University Oaks apartments and from the beginning I was welcomed into a loving community. Being a young single woman, safety is one of the biggest things I was looking for and I can honestly say I’ve never lived in a complex before that is so peaceful and quiet! Maryse the landlord has been so attentive since day 1 and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I’ve lived at this property for over two years now, and I love it. It’s affordable, peaceful, and the landlord, Maryse, is very attentive. This is the second property I have lived at with One Stop Housing; before moving to University Oaks, I lived at University Row for almost 4 years. University Row has smaller units, but it is just as great. I highly recommend both properties for anyone looking for affordable and peaceful housing in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
I have lived at University Oaks for 1-1/2 years. The apartments were built in 1973, yet being an older they are solid and well built. I never hear any noise from other apartments. There is a sense of community here, as people are friendly and watch out of each other. As well, there is a security guard who does nightly rounds on the property and security cameras in place for a sense of safety. The location is excellent being close to all beaches, downtown Sarasota and Bradenton, all shopping and restaurants and in a walkable neighborhood. The rent and move in costs are very reasonable for the quality. Maintenance crew is often on-site and necessary repairs are handled in a timely manner. I am very happy living here.
I have been here for 4 years. The landlord Maryse is amazing. She really helps you out. And very understanding. I love it out here, and It’s very peaceful also.
