The past 5 times I’ve called I spoke with a very unprofessional and rude worker . She didn’t even offer a way to help me or try to figure out my solution; never once asked my name or student ID # to see if she could fix anything. If you are going to work in a position where you speak to directly to the people you are offering assistance to, then at least be kind.
Got hung up on multiple times. If you ever call them and they say theyll fix it, you HAVE to follow up, they wont fix it unless you constantly remind them.
My experience here has not been so great, they say they will call me back but never do. Would not recommend getting housing here, my dorm was told to be great, but in the end I found roaches even though I do not have food in my room because I eat out in the dining hall or 1021. They like to tell you false information to get you in the dorm and take your money like we are not students who have lots of stuff to pay for. Maybe if the housing staff would do their job right I would not have nothing to complain about. Thank you for your time have a great day.
The staff was very helpful here. Be careful about the parking pass they give you. The pass is only valid while you are inside the housing building. After our appointment, they saw my daughter and I walk away from our parked car to locate her assigned dorm. They then called parking enforcement to write a $50 parking ticket.
So thankful for the responsive staff of Univ Housing. Every time we've called they have been helpful, kind, and a blessing. Keep up the excellent work!
Dorms are not well kept. Yocum is in a great location on campus, but the place is all original from the 1970's and needs major face lift. I was shocked when we moved our freshman in. Windows are drafty, drawers and desks are all beat up, floors are "original". Too bad they cannot use some of the stadium improvement money on their on campus housing.
There is visitor parking in front of the building where you can park for 30mins. Good location and nice staff.
AS a college student, the staff here have helped me, and I'm glad to say that I will be under employment with them for the summer of 2018 and the 2018-2019 school year.
I hated living here and the staff were very rude.
My granddaughter graduated! I still Want to make it there to see the beautiful campus!
