My son has been working with James Bills and the Big Dogs for the past 4 years. My son has improved his hitting, pitching, baserunning, and overall fundamentals and understanding of the game significantly. More importantly to me is that he has learned responsibility for himself while on road trips with the team, importance of self improvement outside of practice, teamwork and that it's not just about you but the team as a whole. The team/family atmosphere has given Zane confidence and pride about being a Big Dog trusts James as his instructor and follows his instruction without question. I have seen James work with kids for years now and he produces results while creating a fun team atmosphere combined with discipline that builds character. My only regret is that I did not get him started earlier so he did not develop bad habits taught to him by well meaning but ignorant coaches. Highest regard and recommendation to any parent. Owen

My son has been working with UB this past entire year. James and Bryan are excellent baseball instructors. My son baseball level of play has increased significantly. I would recommend them to anyone.
