The best service all around that I've experienced in a hotel within the past few years. The staff, concierge services, restaurant, housecleaning, conference and everyone else I encountered was professional and always offering to help the guests. As a returning alumni for thr first time since I graduated many years ago, I could not have asked for a better experience. Top-notch team! Thank you to Martin in the restaurant for making your late arriving guests feel welcome and for the recommendations on the menu. Rooms: Comfortable beds and very clean, attentive staff! Walkability: I walked all over campus and downtown for dinner by choice and there is a shuttle service available, which I used the last evening due to the heat/humidity 93°. The driver was polite and helpful. Food & drinks: Fantastic restaurant and food provided for our conference was excellent.
The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The staff, including lots of of the college students, are so friendly and helpful. I hope to enjoy this hotel to come visit my daughter for the next 4 years! Rooms: 5/5
This was a phenomenal event space that took me by surprise. I did not expect the amount of conference space to be in the location at The University of Georgia's campus that fit so many people in a well-organized manner. The only takeaway is it was a little confusing on the second floor but outside of that everything was well made it managed maintained food was great. I would definitely recommend using this space, it's just great.
We were pleasantly surprised by the surroundings and wonderful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of the University of Georgia campus and it's a great setting to experience campus and student life. Breakfast was really nice with a choice of healthy breakfast or a southern breakfast. They even had loaner bicycles if you wanted to tour the campus. I was there with my two girls and we greatly enjoyed the stay and touring the campus.
I went to a well planned luncheon today. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was delicious, the tea was sweet, and the staff was very attentive. It was a fantastic day!!

Fantastic service at front desk. All employees friendly and accommodating. Breakfast could be better, but it's free, so guess I can't complain. Rooms nice and very clean. Ongoing renovations and 1 out of service elevator kept me from giving it a 5.Rooms: 4/5

An on campus Hotel...great idea and the room is so clean, giant flat screen TV and the front desk is so professional and polite. I will always stay here when I'm in town.Rooms: 5/5
I’ve stayed here a few times for trainings, and it’s an incredibly convenient and nice place to lodge. Today, Niomi helped me check into my room. She said was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I was thankful for her help.Rooms: 5/5
