The Sport and Fitness Center is the sports hub on campus. You can:
play (or cheer at) a basketball or volleyball game in the arena
run on the treadmill, lift weights or hit the stair climber in the fitness center
compete on our swim team or just take a relaxing dip in the pool
play a pickup game of basketball in the fieldhouse
dance or practice your yoga pose in the dance studio
meet with one of your coaches
On the academic side, if you're majoring in sports medicine, athletic training, or sport and recreation management, you'll be spending a lot of time in the building. You'll find:
two sports medicine classrooms
sports medicine physiology lab
an athletic training room
human performance lab
They offer an outreach service to the community: Wellness Program
