We are an actively engaged resource and referral center providing customer service and responsive assistance to guide students through the educational process and assist them with the transition from military to civilian life.
The University of Redlands also has the Student Veteran Organization (SVO). The purpose or mission of the SVO is to promote and support the academic endeavors of military affiliated students at the University of Redlands as well as organize community volunteer opportunities. The University of Redlands Military and Veteran Services in the Registrar’s Office is dedicated to helping all of our Active Duty Military, Reservists and Veterans and their families achieve success academically, professionally and personally. We will provide a well-rounded and focused support system to include:
· Explanation and guidance in applying for and utilizing Military or VA educational benefits
· Access to and knowledge of available resources both on and off campus
· Student Veteran Organization membership and events
· Workshops and Seminars to assist in the transition from military to civilian life
· Encourage communication with and integration into the University of Redlands Community
· Recognize and honor the veterans, active duty service members and their families through planned events on Memorial Day and Veterans Day
· Full-time trained and dedicated staff available to answer questions and provide guidance
