Lovely urgent care. Got in and seen, bloodwork, and prescriptions all done in less than an hour and a half! 10/10 would highly recommend. If you must do bloodwork here, ask for Jennie the phlebotomist! She's absolutely awesome. Didn't feel a thing!

I haven't had my appointment yet but if it is as amazing as my experience with the receptionist, I will still give this place 5 stars! Alison in primary care... I think that is the name but in case it's wrong I'm sorry! was so kind to me in my phone call. I needed to make a last minute appointment and she went the extra mile to help me. The customer service was top notch and she was so genuine and understanding. Thank you so much ! UPDATE: had my appointment today and it was great! Everyone was so kind and I was not waiting long at all. Aurelia Wann was very kind and helpful.

I have come to this location many times. For covid test, eye bump removal, knee pain, and every time have been impressed. The doctors truly care and listen. The staff is so friendly. Helped in a timely manner. It checks all the boxes.

Lee in the Lab is fantastic. I am an extremely hard draw where it can take over an hour to find a vein and then they usually go in on my hand because they still can’t find one. Not only was Lee quick in finding one, I never felt the needle going in. It seriously was fast and painless with no bruising. Thank you Lee for being excellent at your job!

We had the worst experience in the ER. We waited for 3 hours to be seen. We were told to come back in later that same day, and we had to wait another 2 1/2 - 3 hours to be seen. The doctor told us to come back in the next evening to have a bandage/gauze removed, and he said we wouldn't have to wait to be seen. He said the nurses could take care of it when we arrived. That was not the case, we were there another four hours. I would not recommend this place.

I've always had great experiences with this hospital. To be noted though: not a good location to come for a covid test. Even though you set an appointment online, they just send you to urgent care where you wait in line with everyone else.

Excellent service, they have a great team to care of you, from the receptionist to the nurses, they do an excellent job, they are doing covid 19 test, you just need to book an appointment before going, bathroom was clean and organize, I highly recommend this place.

I saw Dr. Gimbel in the Obgyn department and she was AMAZING. She was extremely thorough, kind, and exceptional at providing patient education. She had a gentle touch and made me feel very comfortable. On top of that, she went above and beyond by answering questions that I thought would be uncomfortable, but rather she made me feel valid. My experience with Dr. Gimbel was so easy. I’ll definitely be recommending her to all of my family and friends.

My son was “admitted” here for low oxygen and breathing complications. They watched him for a bit in the ER after being seen at the on-site Urgent Care. We were told at Urgent Care AND the ER that if they had to transport him to Primary Children's we wouldn’t be charged. Well guess who’s received a $900 bill for a 5 minute ambulance ride? Plus on top of that my insurance had a hell of a time with the U and what I was being billed for. Avoid coming here in a true emergency for children.

Well, I am not dead. The care seemed good enough and staff were nice, but the administration and office leave much to be desired. Took 4 attempts to get them to use my correct adress, and three attempts to get them to call the right phone number. Also, billing was particularly confusing as what we were anticipating was not what was on the bill they mailed us but was also different from the actual final bill.
