University Palms Dry Cleaners

This is my second time using this facility and I just picked up 2 coats I dropped off over the weekend. I’m having a huge issue with what my eyes are seeing upon taking the coats out of the plastic cover , 1 rain/winter coat is dirty from the hoodie with white lint and hair which doesn’t even match mine and it never had lint to begin with and the second coat looks worn out and used! I bought $250+ coat at banana republic which still looked like new before I brought it to your cleaners and I’m upset I just paid 42$ to receive back a damaged coat and another which looks dirty from the hoodie. What can be done?

out of 5 items 4 been returned to me still stained. 1 of the items had a irreparable hole. when i was showing the original receipt of the item i was told they can only pay a very low dollar amount because its old? the item was brand new out of the store, it had just some make up spots on it which i was to afraid to clean myself. after i had to drive to them about 6-7 times to sort it out, i got a check from them. no apology. but a lot of stress and still stained items.Services: Clothes pressing

I've been using this dry cleaner for more than 10 years for dry cleaning, alterations, and even shoe repair. From drapes, to comforters, to suits and mens dress shirts. Friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I've been here for over two years and the staff there have been very helpful. From forgetting that I needed a uniform in the morning so they came in very early 5am so I could pick it up to separating various attached pieces of the uniform into a small bag, they are there for you thick and thin. They are my GO TO for dry cleaning and quick turnarounds. Keep up the great work! I'll be coming again!

I had a coat dry cleaned here. It was done in two days, but the staff did not tell me the cost when I dropped it off. It’s partially my fault for not asking, but $22.00 for one coat is too much. Make sure you do price comparisons of other places. Service was good.

I switched to this dry cleaners after moving to the area. I was not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning so found another much farther away. I should have stayed with Vista on Goldenrod. University Palms not only did terrible work but lost 4 jackets of mine and a shirt on a separate occasion. I know that can happen but they originally tried to say it was late getting back. Then they said give it another week. Then they had me come in to look at 4 jackets that they found - not mine. Finally they tried to make it sound like they were never dropped off because they don’t lose items - not sure where the other jackets they had me come look at came from....... My jackets were never found and they never paid the $500 plus to replace them. I would never send anyone there.

Staff is much nicer than I deserve. I’ve been a student customer for the last 4 years and have occasionally forgotten to pick my shirts for months on end, never to hear any complaints from the staff. The work they do is everything that I expect and more. I will continue to be a loyal customer for the remainder of my time at UCF.

I've been taking my clothes to University Palms for some time now. The staff is friendly and always takes great care in ensuring that the job is done right. Most impressive is the job they did of cleaning and preserving my wedding dress which was extremely soiled and had been packed away in the garage for five years... I needed it cleaned for an upcoming vow renewal and felt sure that it could not be saved. To my surprise University Palms was able to restore my dress to its original splendor. Thanks University Palms!
