Reviews

I visited specifically the playplace, Build A Bear, and Flat Top Grill. Build A Bear seemed short staffed but they were friendly and good with kids and the store was clean. The playplace was very fun for kids and seemed sanitary and safe. Flat Top Grill wasn't what I was expecting but the service and food were good.

I like that new stores are making it's way in! There's stores for every type of person. Each time I've been there it's always clean. Wouldn't mind seeing some different choices in the food court. A few of the places to eat are pretty much the same. Also love love the store Dry Goods!

Many selections of shops and very clean environment. There's breastfeeding rooms and bathrooms on both sides of the building. I love the Flat Top Grill and Barnes & Noble area the most because there's a lot of great places to sit down and enjoy a moment. There's a play area for kids with TVs and wall with a built-in tablet. The biggest red flag here is there have been a lot of shootings taken place in this mall. Be aware of your surroundings.

I’ve been going to this mall for years now and I’ve noticed I started going less and less. The stores specifically shoe/clothing stores sell the most unknown never seen before ugly products, there’s always a new stores replacing an already good one, and the main problem, IT CLOSES AT 9! Literally every other place in this area that is for people to go to and have fun are open til 11 some even 12. But nope not here. 9.

I ate at the Food Court. Don't remember what I bought.  Some type of steak sandwich, it was pretty good! I usually keep my cell phone off when I'm not using it, to save on my battery, since I'm a power user. Never though about taking a pic of the food. I like the UPMall's Parking...plenty of parking spaces and well lighted!  But even now days it's wise to know who or whom is near you and where you can go if you may need some kind of Help! It always pays to be on the Safe side!

My hubby & I couldn't find the store we needed, so we stopped at the chocolate stand. The lady working was super nice and pointed in the right direction. Bath and body works is where we were going in the wrong direction for. I got a free candle for my birthday and wanted to cash that coupon in.  Who wouldn't, right? A quick jog to the food court for Charlie's steak sandwiches and we were outta there.  The UP Mall probably has just about anything anyone is looking for.  I'd say give 'em a try.  Maybe you'll find what you need.

Not busy, since it was early morning.  Lots of newer places have opened up since I last was here.  Anymore I come to the mall for Bath and Body works, Macys and Icing.  Other than that, I don't come to this mall often as I use to.  Bathrooms were ok, did look like they hadn't been cleaned since the night before, but understandable if custodians aren't there late at night or early morning when the mall is closed.  Other than that the mall was quite and the doors were open to go inside slightly earlier than the malls opening hours, so that was nice not to have to wait in the cold weather outside too.

Love coming to this mall!! From the stores, food court, to the arcade. I usually make a day of it, with or without the kids.

My first time in this store & Ashley was amazing! She was so helpful & made it such a fun EASY shopping experience. And the clothes are so cute! I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Ashley!

Ashley was helping me pick a dress out for an event coming up and was SO helpful!! She got me heels to try on with it in different colors and everything!! I definitely recommend. I left very very happy :
