The apartments are nice and very spacious for the rental price around this area. The pros: the staff are nice, rooms are spacious. It's walking distance to the medical school.  The cons are: some residents are super loud, their cars are super loud, and some people do not park in their designated parking lots. They have a small gym for a lot of residents.

I am pleased.Great place to live. Rent is reasonable with WSG paid, free in unit washer/dryer, free pool, and gym, it levels it out.  Rent Clean and safe environment.  Security at night and well lit parking lots. Well maintained grounds and maintenance requests are fast. Parking can be tough to find after 8 pm. Tenants range from PNWU students and middle-aged families. There is a no pet policy, yet there seem to be lots of dogs. I assume they are qualified as assistant/emotional pets. With the number of dogs, I assume the policy that qualifies service animals are relaxed. Update: I appreciate mgmt keeping rent affordable. These apartments have maintained a reasonable price compared to other properties around the city. Well worth the price for a unit that is well maintained and zero crime. Thank you.

My adult son passed away while living in these apartments. Tori was an angel who helped with everything from doing a welfare check and finding my son to helping arrange disposal of some household things. Her kindness and compassion will always be remembered.

Although these apartments are nice they are built horrible you can hear anything and everything. I literally hear my neighbor having a conversation. Owners is super greedy the rent went up again it has gone up  a lot since I’ve been here. Would not recommend unless you want to pay a lot of money and get little sleep with all the noise

Nice apartments, you can get lost looking for a place!

The rent is very reasonable.  Theyvare adding on and there are several brand new never lived in apartments.  The have multiple size apartments for rentvas well.  The area is clean with a pond.

If you want your rent to go up $100 every year, you want to hear your neighbors every move from how thin the walls are and not enough amenities for everyone tiny gym, pool and no track rent here. Otherwise I recommended looking elsewhere.

Newer apartments, very nice grounds and common areas. Lots of grass, but they need a play structure for kids. The hammocks are a nice touch.

Nice design to the apartments, very bright thanks to all LED fixtures. The fitness center has a decent selection of work out options, and is currently upgrading to get even more. Haven't had a chance to try the pool yet, but it looks like it will be nice to have in the warm weather. The parking is slightly cramped, but only really a problem if you have a big vehicle. Very happy with the place

Coffee is so good it’s the best coffee in town!!
