Nothing like bringing a 6m/o to the Dr.s because she won’t eat, is vomiting and can’t sleep to be told to come back in 3 days if it continues, like it hasn’t been a problem and that’s not why we came or anything? I wanna watch my child suffer more? Out of every visit here they seem to be less and less helpful this last one with Selwyn was enough to switch primary care from Penn State, from the doctors asking me if I think she needs more steroids from a infection? To watching them put diapers on my child wrong should’ve been enough from the begging to realize they are a joke. All they care about is turnover rate of customers and taking your money, take your child somewhere that cares about their well-being and that is actually helpful.

Update: it's a few weeks now and the number is ok now. They are very good with my daughters care. The phone number on google maps isn't the one for pediatrics. Some reason it calls someone else when you hit call from here.

They seam to go out of there way to help you...

Update- I spoke with Patient Relations and they spoke with the office. I received a call back and they are going to double check their last appt time before telling patients they can bring samples back at closing time. I appreciate that they are going to try to keep the same thing from happening again! I do appreciate the Dr and staff. Other than the sample incident the appointment was good. I was given a cup to collect a urine sample from my daughter. I was told to bring it back to the office by 8:15 because they close at 8:30. I arrived at 7:50 but the nurses had closed up shop early. If you are going to tell someone to bring something back by 8:15 then someone should be there until 8:15 to receive it.

I just love the Service! My Toddler needs to have done some blood test, the Staff was amazing since the front desk. Tammie & Anna were so helpful to get ready for the samples. JUSTINE & Rachel as pediatrician Did an amazing Job! They took the time to find the right vein and also were so Patient and explain the process to my girl! I decided to take the time to be Thankful and let you know this people are amazing! THANKSSSSSS

Very unprofessional, was given attitude and was treated less of a mom for my age. was told I was too young to be a mom and that i should be breastfeeding because me being a teenager i should be able to lactate enough for baby and she should not be on formula. was also never able to get my child an appointment, they are never available when i call for an appointment to get my daughter seen.

Very upset how they treat my daughter. I am going to switch doctors. They used to be good. They made my 8 year cry. My daughter has some health issues and learning and adhd problems but my daughter move her head she kept putting the thing up her nose she should of stop

If I could leave no stars I would. Threatening to call CYS on new parents who refuse vaccines at a 3 month old "wellness" visit is really ridiculous and unacceptable. CYS has bigger issues to deal with.

I’m beyond upset with how my visit today. I was here for 2 and a half hours. Me and my screaming infant, waiting on a nurse to come finish the appointment and give him his shots. No one checked on us, nothing. It would be much appreciated if they let your spouse come in to the appointment to help with the baby. It was just a very stressful appointment, you can tell the front desk staff is stressed out for some unknown reason and I’ve been trying to check out now for 10 minutes.

No Star at all.. They seems don't accept any new patient at all expect who born in Hershey Hospital only- that's non sense and just a business oriented service. Hospital and Medical center's are most important service in peoples life where it seems they don't care except their own business. Harrisburg/Hershey is a very small area. How can they do not have any opening until next 8 months? it seems everybody in central Pennsylvania are sick and getting treatment from here! I would give zero star to them.
