The receptionist needs some customer service training. I've been to the Bridgewater location many times and have never had any problems. But today, 8/3/23, will be my last time coming here. My appointment was 4:45. I was five minutes late. I walked over to the receptionist to let her know I was late. There was no one standing near her so I assumed she was available to speak to me. She told me to wait because she was helping someone - not rude, but not in a nice way either. I waited and then a guy got up from the chair to give here back some paperwork. Now I'm 10 minutes lates. So, I went up to speak with her again and she rudely told me "Not yet" and then proceeded to tell me I needed to follow a sign on the door about how to approach her. She said I was 15 minutes late - which I was at that point but only because she had made me wait to speak to her. At this point, I had had enough - I told her she should be nice to the patients and walked out. I won't be back.
The receptionist was rude. I came to check this facility out for my daughter who needs compassion and a little TLC. There was a young man registering for his appointment and he suggested I go before him ; but I declined his kindness. I continued to wait as I was rudely addressed by the receptionist like an irritated condescending parent talking to a little child about the sign stating where to wait in line like “see what the sign says.” I’ve been in medicine for more than 40 years and the initial contact with people who need your help needs to be kind and understanding; not condescending and bossy. Perhaps this receptionist -aka someone who gives reception needs to do a reality check and retire if the people who need help irritate her that much.
The reception was too good. Cathy handled the medical records very well and was friendly. She was too good on telephone. I was reminded for my appointment. The reception treated me with great care. Vicky did the records briefly and was excellent !!! MRI staff were good. vicky was excellent. Overall all staff were efficient, very polite , friendly and professional. I is my pleasure to recommend any patients to UNIVERSITY RADIOLOGY BRIDGEWATER, NJ. 11 OUT OF 10.
The worst. Scheduling is a nightmare. Year after year only gets worse. The reception staff should be less rude and more professional. All the staff should be more professional
I had my appointment this morning, the very nice receptionist asked me if I needed someone who spoke Spanish, the man came to take some x-rays, he spoke to me too fast. I speak Spanish and am a beginner in English. I asked her to repeat the instructions, I understood that she should take off my bra and shirt that when she was ready she should leave the room, I left with my hands covering my chest because I did not understand that she should put her shirt back on after taking off my bras, there there was the man and a lady, he took a very rude attitude and yelled at me Horrible and took me to the room, yelling at me that I had to put my shirt on and slammed the door hard. While I was in the room I heard how the other lady who was with him mocked in a very exaggerated way, referring to what happened, I felt very bad and did not want to leave the room, I took the X-ray and the lady kept mocking and telling what happened to another person, not knowing how to speak English is not a crime, I am studying and trying to understand things better, but I definitely left quickly, ashamed and crying, never to return to that place again.
Today is Saturday and I was hopeful I would hear from someone after I wrote my email about my Friday about how my concern was not even on my REPORT HOW I AM IN REMISSION OF CANCER AND HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND HAVE TO WAIT THE WHOLE WEEKEND STRESSED about my report and my concerns not even being mentioned in my report! Its extremely upsetting how inhuman this is
I received a referral from my doctor. To review the next step, I called and it was very easy to make an appointment. Make an appointment to pick up medicine to eat. and pre-CT preparation order. On the day of the examination, I arrived before the time of the examination. Friend fill out profile The examination room staff is very kind and friendly. It takes 20 minutes to complete the examination. Waiting for the results from the doctor. Thank you for your helpful

well run and organized. they were only 5 minutes late calling me in, but it was very crowded so that seemed reasonable. they did their thing and had me on the road in no-time. the staff was polite and extremely patient with the waiting room full of people, many of whom weren't in the best of moods.
Went here 2 weeks ago to get 2 two different imaging work done. On my script it clearly showed the two and they only performed one. They told me me they would send the results to my doctor in 1-2 business days. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor a week later and the results were never sent. Complete waste of time. On top of all this, they told me I didn't have a copay yet they send me a bill for 40$. When it comes to collecting money they make sure its taken care of but don't know to send my results. So infuriating, avoid this place at all costs.
