Jim & his team at University PT are amazing! I went to a few different physical therapists for my vertigo but nothing helped. My neurologist referred me here & I swear I was better within 2 or 3 appointments. 10/10 I recommend this clinic, especially if you have vertigo! These guys know how to help you! Also, the staff are all very friendly & the locations are clean and nice.
Do not suffer with Vertigo. Have been dealing with dizziness for two weeks and booked an appointment here because of the good reviews even though they are not in my insurance network. The team got me in in one day, and Dr. Lee got my dizziness to abate drastically in literally one session. Staff is friendly and caring. Will be using them for other PT needs as they come up.Thanks University Rehab!
Excellent rehab facility. Small, but in a very positive way--I bring my friend 86 here twice a week for months now, and the improvements she has made are very noticeable and a credit to the great physical therapists who work with her Courtney, Casey, Sean, etc. Everyone in the office is friendly, warm, and professional--Susan and now Pam at the front desk do an amazing job. I really have nothing but positive things to say. If you're in need of physical therapy anywhere near Ormond beach-this is the place to go!
Since my review wasn’t showing up under my other Gmail account, I deleted it and I’m putting it here as I was a long time client. an hour ago NEW they called and left a message on my voicemail which is still there that said they were closing for two weeks. turns out they never close at all and don’t really know why they didn’t call me back to tell me that. I had been out of town about a half hour south of San Diego and flown back cross country and they had no trouble letting me come in for my appointment which I saw them for. then suddenly after they did that they called and said oh because you were out of town you should wait two weeks. So I’ve already missed a week being out of town and now I had to miss two more with no therapy. that’s three weeks total. Then they close for two more weeks where they really don’t close so now I’m five weeks after being a 2+ year customer paying $75 cash each and every time. I didn’t mind that the credit card machine rarely ever worked or waiting, but my doctor said they should never leave me in a lurch like that without therapy and then to find out they never closed at all. I asked to talk to the receptionist there because I had to talk to another location in their chain and they said she’s not there anymore or at least right now. Didn’t have a lot of answers. Weren’t really nice. And I’m just really sad and disappointed at this point. if they wanted me to wait two weeks after I was out of town why did they let me come back in? And the owner saw me. and then I got that one visit, but then I’m told they closed two weeks and they didn’t. and of course, nobody I can talk to at the clinic whatsoever they say because… The receptionist is no longer there and I have to talk to people at another location who Sound confused at be
After experiencing extreme vertigo for over a year, my physician recommended I see Jim Corwin at University Rehabilitation. I had no idea I could be treated and find relief from this debilitating condition. Mr. Corwin diagnosed the source of the dizziness I was suffering and treated me within one hour during my first visit. What a miracle worker! In addition to the amazing results from my treatment, the entire staff at University Rehabilitation are helpful, pleasant, and caring professionals. Five plus stars!!
Have been going to University Rehab for several years for hip and knee issues. The staff is the best and they have helped us make real progress. Our doctor highly recommended University Rehab and we are so pleased we came. I think they are the best and have recommended them to friends. Go there if you want to get better.
University Rehab is the most unprofessional office I have ever been in. I am there for PT not to listen to the Therapists talk among themselves. Inappropriate subjects I might add. In my case I didn’t feel like I was being taking care of properly. I don’t mind a little socializing but not when it takes their mind off the patient. I complained and instead of resolving the problem they put me in a private room with a new Therapist. Even the owner engages in this what I call a social setting instead of a more Proffesional Office. I know this review won’t change anything that I am complaining about. I got very upset today and walked out. With that said I did lose my temper today. I am sorry that I stooped that low for such an unprofessional setting.
I look forward to going to University Rehab! Marijke is the lymphedema expert, and is great at making me feel so much better. Thank goodness for such a wonderful therapy spot in our area!
Great Admin staff Susanne and Pam . Wonderful therapist Tracy has helped me with my neck so much . I recommend all of them . Great Job all y’all
A+++++++++++++ This is one of the best places I've been to and I love that the staff talks and has fun instead of it being a stuffy quiet down to business like doctors office that feels like they just push as many people thru as they can. Anyone who has anything negative to say about this wonderful office and talented people must obviously be unhappy in everyday life no matter what. I say keep up the good work!!!!!
