The University Village Apartments are a complex of one and two-bedroom apartments at the north end of the campus of California State University, Northridge. The complex includes 56 one and 48 two-bedroom units, each with one bath. The UVA has a community building which includes a large recreation room available for gatherings, along with the laundry facilities and mailboxes. An outdoor swimming pool and modern play structure are next to the community building.
The University Village Apartments are located in the block surrounded by Lassen, Zelzah, Devonshire, and Lindley Streets. The main campus is easily accessible by walking, bicycling, and nearby bus routes. Shopping and other community services are conveniently located.
