The University Village Shops will encompass 70,000 square feet of leasable space in Phase 1 to feature a diverse collection of restaurants, boutiques, and health and beauty retailers. There is also a proposed 25,000-square-foot food market and additional leasable space spanning approximately 14,000 square feet.
