UNMH SW Mesa Clinic

The doctors are great. I would give 5 stars for them. The Lab and Pharmacy are also very friendly and efficient I would rate each with 5 stars. However, the nurses RN's are rude and not well versed regarding patient needs and interactions. They also make a lot of mistakes with doctor's orders. The Medical Assistants are pretty good, but they don't know the answers to many questions I would give the RN's no stars, and the Medical Assistants 3 stars. I have changed clinics because of the nurses.

Dr. Albert Bourbon has been my kids doctor for almost 9 yrs now. He's so friendly always attentive to my kids concerns. The clinic is very clean and very professional. I recommend going to this clinic if your looking for good all around service. I dont think bourbon is taking new patients but it doesnt hurt to try

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now. Have had 3 different drs an all three haven very attentive not to mention the staff. All good to me . Thanks for the care Southwest Mesa Clinic

Great clinic it’s always super busy because it has all the services you need like their Pharmacy, Radiology, Tricore Lab, Physical Therapy, It provides many different services like adult internal medicine, pediatrics, nephrology, foot care, diabetes management, diabetics eye exams and many others. The providers and staff are great they care about their patients and hace great customer service. The the extra plus is they have great coffee, and snacks.

Physician Assistants are great! The medical assistants are helpful, and professional. The nurses are wonderful. If you ever need help from the care cordinator.... good luck. The care cordinator is worthless. Love my primary care.

Wonderful and caring staff. They took care of my urgent medical needs, by setting up a same day appointment.

Not to much of a wait. Everyone there is really nice.

Supposedly doesn't have equipment in radiology for scoliosis. First question was what clinic I was coming from.

This place refused to see me cause I couldn't do a zoom call, don't they know not everyone has a smart phone .
