Learn How to Cook From the Best of the Best and have FUN doing it.
Classes are customized to create a theme menu and are interactively instructed by our Chef. Most of the time, prep work has been performed by our staff prior to your group's arrival. When your group arrives, they receive a brief orientation of the menu and kitchen operations. Next, the kitchen is all mine! We want you to sit back interact with each other and the Chef as we prepare dinner. Along the way, sample drinks/cocktails s are served and our Chef may even have some fun and interactive games up my hat.
What to Expect
Your evening becomes quite educational, but you hardly notice because you are having so much fun in the process. By the end of the night you have learned great food knowledge and techniques, you have laughed and sipped on your fine wines, you have helped me in creating a portion of the exciting menu, and best of all you were a guest that enjoyed all the fine exotic flavors of the evening.

Our interactive cooking classes (or "kitchen parties" as we like call them) can run from 3 to 4 hours. Our facilities will accommodate a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 25 people. The times and costs to host one of these events are mostly dependent upon the customized menu and beverage selections. If your group is just looking to let loose and have some fun, your kitchen party can be very casual with a loose agenda and fun style themed foods and drinks. For a group that is more wine and food trendy, we will customize a more formal surrounding complete with service and in kitchen seating. More focus and concentration is taken on the menu, and the Chef's educated palette may pair your creations with a selection of balanced wines.
