Caroline was an amazing DJ, very insightful and helpful leading up to the wedding and on the day of. All songs were on queue and kept the party very lively. Upbeat Occasions helped made our special day perfect.
Caroline was a pleasure to work with and kept our guests on the dance floor. She was very organized from the beginning stages and ensured that what we envisioned for our wedding came to life. During the planning meeting she offered lots of helpful suggestions and I liked that because this was the first wedding I ever planned. The other part that we loved about Upbeat Occasions was the fact that they can provide an officiant as part of their services. This was a Godsend and we loved working with Jacque. He helped make sure our ceremony went off without a hitch.
Caroline was amazing to work with. Leading up to the wedding, she was always available for a call or quick text with answers to my questions. She made the wedding day go very smooth and the best part was she kept the party rocking all night long. She consistently had a positive attitude and made the night great for all guests. I would book Caroline for my wedding a million times over!
Caroline was absolutely amazing! We worked together to develop our cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor playlist and she executed everything perfectly. On the day of our wedding, Caroline greeted us with a huge smile and seemed genuinely excited to be there. The dance floor was kept lively all night long, and Caroline listened to feedback from both my husband and I and the guests, sprinkling in some slower songs per our older guests requests. We can't thank Caroline enough for helping to make our day absolutely perfect. Our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had on the dance floor!

Caroline from Upbeat Occasions was fantastic! We used Upbeat Occasions for our wedding and it was the best choice we made! Caroline was incredibly responsive in the planning process and answered every question we had. She listened to everything we wanted and made sure we didn't forget anything. Upbeat Occasions has a planning portal that helps count down the days to your wedding, keep track of payments, add songs to playlists and plan the whole event. We even got our officiant from the same service, Chris. He was incredible too! Very kind and helped us plan our ceremony! We love them! Highly Recommend!
DJ Caroline was fabulous to work with right from the start! She made the whole planning process easy and positive. She was excellent at communicating and was very flexible when we made some last minute changes. She was great at reading the crowd and choosing much that got people of all ages on the dance floor. Her price is also competitive and reasonable! We highly recommend Caroline!
DJ Caroline was so easy to work with! She met with us several times in advance to walk us through the planning process, had a simple to use online portal, and had a great sense of our guests' taste in music. People were dancing all night! DJ Caroline got a huge round of applause at the end of our reception. We also appreciated the educator's discount on top of an already great value. Highly recommend booking DJ Caroline for your event!
Attended a friends child's wedding this summer. As I was a DJ back in the day when we had to bring in crates of albums and tapes, I would like to offer a little constructive criticism. I'm not sure if it was the venue or the DJ but the volume for dinner music was way too loud and not a great choice of music. While the younger ones may enjoy hip-hop while they eat, us older people do not so much. Something a bit more mellow would have be better for all. People should be able to at least talk with the people they are dining with. This was not really possible other than those on each side of you. The rest of the evening was fun dance music and the crowd seemed to enjoy themselves. The woman that was the DJ needs to learn to "read the room" maybe even walk around the venue to check on volume to see if it can be tweaked. Chatting with a few folks in the 40's even said "wow that is loud" so I know it was just wasn't just me.
