An unacceptable, reprehensible receptionist, a short bald elderly white gentleman, was engaged in an extended conversation with another individual. Despite being signaled multiple times by the person he was speaking with to assist me, he disregarded those cues and persisted in discussing business advice with a person who seemed to be a police officer. This level of service is unacceptable. While personal conversations can occasionally be engaging, it is essential to prioritize one's job responsibilities. Ignoring two reminders to fulfill one's duty raises concerns about professionalism. I didn't assert myself in the situation as a benefit of the doubt of the potential for the police to be discussing duty related matters.
Missed a delivery and contacted the UPS customer service. They notified me that a ground dispatcher from Secaucus Hub would call me. The lady who called me back was so rude and horrible. She was not ready to listen to what I was saying. I was asking for the Live Map service available on the UPS app and she refused to listen that. She threatened to hang up before even listening to what I was saying. She should not be the one making calls. Put someone more respectful and polite when calling a customer. She lacks basic decency and manners to talk to customers.
I had the same issues as everyone mentioned below. Drive came, couldn't find us home. FYI: We are in 2023, maybe let your driver to call the customer? I was home. Later I talked to customer service, they said they will be holding the package for pick up. I went there next day, but guess what? It wasnt there. They decided to deliver the next day. Let's see if they will be able to find us home. Thanks to AMAZON delivery, we have a alternative way to shop.
If it was possible to give 0 stars and write a review, I would have. My package was suppose to come a specific day. I got in my mail that it’s out for delivery then they emailed me 4 hours later that they had to bring it to a local ups point because apparently I was not home when I was, I stepped outside after that and saw that they had left a note and they will attempt delivery tomorrow when I quite literally needed my package that day. I checked the update on my package and apparently address information was incorrect, I tried to correct because maybe I might have missed something. I didn’t miss anything but I typed my address over and the site was down. What is UPS on? But alas I called and they said it was at a ups store in Teaneck, I needed my package so I went in the morning cause I needed my package for that evening, it was not there and I had somewhere to be. They decided to deliver it the day I was due to be away and somebody was home. I tell you these people are careless and ups is the worst shipping company, so slow and unreliable. I payed for 2 day shipping and my package was in transit for 5 days. How does that make sense?
Failed to deliver two times despite being home, so I paid $8 to have it held at this facility and was told on the phone that it would be there for pickup. Of course it was NOT there when I went and had to come back after the holiday weekend. So with all of this, shipping took an extra 5 days go get my package. Terrible drivers, terrible facility workers..
Ridiculously bad customer service. Unlike anything I have seen in any industry. This location legitimately has no phone number. If you come here you better not forget anything because it is impossible to get in touch with them. The number listed on google leads you to the general UPS customer service line and everybody you will speak to is completely useless. How a functioning business has a location that you can not contact is beyond me. The Wyckoff NJ location has a direct line and if you ask for them to email you a receipt they’ll do it at the snap of a finger. If this is the nearest UPS store to your house drive a little further to avoid it or just use FedEx. Furious with the way it these people operate.
Worst ever customer service. They don't deserve single star.
I was waiting for a package las week and driver never ring the doorbell, when I saw the message that my package was delivered I went to the front of the house my package was there but empty.
Driver in Rutherford has delivered my package to my neighbors and has delivered their mail to my address. This has been happening for three months and puts a risk on my purchased items. The house numbers are clearly posted. Today, I called the customer service line. The person who answered said they would look into it... they did not get my address or a tracking number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and UPS hung up on me. Terrible service from delivery to the "customer service
The drivers claims to visit residential areas, but don’t deliver the packages. When you go to customer pickup at this particular facility, two employees, one Indian guy with glasses, he looks kinda old and white guy asks me, what’s in my box. Then says is it a PS5. The drivers and the employees are doing rat work stealing packages. Lucky I was able to get my package this morning. But they do know when it’s a PS5 in the box. Or even some high value electronic. Be careful with this place. They will lie and say they don’t have your package.
