Best quick and convenient little stop you will ever make when your in need of returning that pesky little Amazon item you didn't want or just dropping off a package to send to family. My quess is that the longest I've ever had to wait was less than two minutes because of one person ahead of me. The reason it is a guess is that all the extra time I spend there is usually because there isn't any customers there and I can't seem to keep my mouth shut. With that said, I feel that all the great UPS employees deserve a big "Thank You" for the awesome customer service and for putting up with me ;
Driver didn’t leave my package when he should have.. called the 1800 number and they told me the driver messed up. He contacted the Rockford location and a lady called me from that location and informed me the rules changed and the driver didn’t know. I asked if he would be returning to drop off my package since it was his mistake… this was a Friday… she told me no he’d be back on Monday… so he made a mistake but she didn’t care. The lady was very rude and hung up on me. I called later and a different lady set up to have it delivered next day. Was happy with that solution but seems some employees over there need some training.
I work at this ups airport so it's nice and fun
UPS will not honor claims unless boxes must be packed according to their exact guidelines, which are so detailed, they even tell you what type of cardboard to use and how thick the cushioning and tape need to be. Good luck. And this what you packages will look like afterword

Wow this place needs to get it together. Every step of delivery or dropping off a load there's always an issue. They cater to their own drivers and treat the rest of us like we don't matter and our time is unimportant.
UPS is not the quality carrier it one was. It the last week we had one shipment left at a neighbor's house many doors away and also a notice left regarding a attempt to deliver when we were at home, waiting for the delivery, The driver did not even ring the doorbell, just being into to much of a hurry. I do not believe that UPS cares about residental deliveries and just wants to serve larger commercial business.
Brian is super helpful and friendly! Great service! Package was right on time also!!
