This store has been very convenient and efficient for UPS-related shipping and returns for me for a the past few years. I didn’t know that they did passport photographs, but I thought I’d give it a try yesterday since I was in the neighborhood right after a bad experience at the nearby AAA center underexposed photographs, weird light halo around face, dismissive attitude from employee. The UPS store came through with fantastic photographs, correctly exposed, no weird artifacts. The ladies were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. In and out in 5 minutes with the best ID photographs I’ve ever had. Not only were the photos perfect for passport renewal, they were probably good enough for head shots to launch my modeling career
It's very inconvenient when you have a toddler to take out the car to go drop off something at a ups store that closes an hour earlier than what they're supposed to. There was no sign on the door, the website, Google, and the phone said they closed at 4. YET, I get there at 315, and they're already closed. About 4 people walked away because they were closed early. That's not ok. And the phone customer service is not helpful at all. Uodate: idk if ups will see this update but closing for mothers day is a great reason to close. It would have been nice if means of communication was reflected somewhere phone, sign on door, anything thank you, I did enjoy it.
I went there to get a title notarized and the employee was extremely rude when I was asking questions on why she was unable to do it. She told me the way I was doing it was "floating a title" and when I asked what that meant her response to me was giving me the title back and saying "have a nice day" and "now your document is invalid." It was awkward. Not a single rude remark came from me. I was just trying to clarify the whole situation. She is not a good representative for UPS.

Enjoy this UPS location due to they are open on Sundays. With the holiday they were closed. I called in the morning and spoke with Jason very pleasant over the phone an reassured me they were open today! Once I arrived and hauled in my boxes Jason was a delightful person. He even greeted each customer even if they were just picking up there mail from the p.o.box. UPS you have an excellent customer service employee who is Jason! Keep up the excellent work Jason!!
Had yet another miserable experience at this store, that earned 2 stars only because of the kindness of the gentleman working here. The short, dark haired lady was a hate filled, miserable sort that expects everyone coming in to understand how UPS works and to purchase their 40 dollar box to cover the box that my shipment was already in. When i declined to purchase said box I felt almost berated that I didn't want to "protect" my shipment, which made it to it's destination without harm. Won't be going back here until the hateful troll is gone.
Always helpful! They sometimes charge more in the store. I pack and label from UPS website to save them some time at the store. Perfect place for Amazon returns as well. Always friendly!
Came in with like ten tiny cat vs pickles and had a huge confusion sorting on my part. They were amazingly helpful, kind and respectful! I’d give them ten stars if I could and I will also say I always get good service and I’m in there often with Amazon returns and not once has the staff done poorly!
One of the best return experiences I ever had. The young lady that waited on me was helpful, courteous, and ever so patient with me dealing with technology issues. I truly appreciated the respect and kindness demonstrated by the employees at this particular UPS store. I would recommend that store to anyone with shipping in mind. Made a second visit to this UPS location and the experience was even better than the first. I am truly impressed with the folks that run that UPS those young ladies are the best
brain dead UPS delivery driver blocks the exit to the parking lot,what i assume daily, i waited for 20 minutes for him to unblock the exit instead of backing up into traffic. they did not move and i watched several people have to reverse out of a narrow,one direction parking area into heavy traffic entering the shopping center. even a near collision, this driver is SO selfish they have to park diagonally the the rear door touching the building and the front bumper nearly touching parked cars. you could JUST AS EASILY PARK PARALLEL TO THE BUILDING ANNNNNNND LEAVE ROOM FOR TRAFFIC. nope,cant do it. HAS to inconvenience everyone. i know they have to do this because ive talked to the man about it previously about this issue. the driver shouldnt be a driver if they cant drive.
