I love going into this UPS store! The owner and his staff are always so helpful and have a smile on their face. I've never had a bad experience here with this new owner. They get the job done quickly and always seem to know the right size boxes to pack my items in without even measuring! Great experience!!!
Love this UPS Store! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy working with Bethany. She goes out of her way to help customers and is always courteous. Great job!
This store has made such an improvement with customer service and overall environment. The new owners are welcoming and the workers are very helpful. Jaime provided great advice for making my shipment more economical and I’m really thankful for that.
Customer service has always been great at this location. Parking could be better but it’s not a big deal to me. I usually park across the street at City Market
Miguel is AWESOME!!! I was shipping a Vintage Gibson Flying V and Miguel had all the right answers... and saved me a couple of Bucks! Will never ship anywhere else. 10 STARS!
The two men who work here are very rude. One even got rude and loud with my wife because she was told to try back in the morning for a package that she was told to ask for in their store. Ridiculous how rude they are. Bethany was cool, however, I will not ever deal with them again. All the 1 star reviews are legitimate.

The store is clean and neat, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you to all the UPS employees in GWS for your hard work and dedication to customer service!
I have had a mailbox here for quite some time now. This store has had it's troubles in the past with previous management being downright rude to deal with. The great news is, it's on the mend and Miguel is the face saving it. He is kind every time I come in and goes out of his way to make sure the service is good. He has an uphill battle to win but has already made great strides and it shows!
