I have been going to Salon 104 since before I moved to Hendersonville from Chicago ten years ago. Sue Ellen has been cutting my mom’s hair monthly since 2002. I frequent the parlor once every few months and it is everything one could ask for. The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and friendly banter can be heard wafting throughout. Salon 104 is one of the very many reasons I love living in Hendersonville.
love the shop and employees! Kinsley is my stylist and she’s very good at scissoring. She answers all my questions and has an eye for detail. Great hair color selection, and they work on all types of hair. I’ve been a client of this establishment for over 15 years. The person who was doing my hair left, so I tried a new stylist for the last 3 visits. During the last visit, unfortunately my hair turned out WAY blonder than I have ever had before. Stacy I think is the manager scheduled me to come back this week to get it fixed. After thinking over the weekend, I called this morning to request a different stylist to resolve the issue. The timeline I offered for her to get me back in with someone else was about a month. She became very unprofessional. She acted like I was an inconvenience even though I offered several other names of stylists I would be willing to see. Instead of working together to find a resolution, she hung up the phone on me. As a client for many years, I expected to be treated better. I’ve been a loyal, good tipping, and punctual client. I am both sad and angry that this is how my relationship is ending. I wouldn’t recommend this salon since customer service is clearly not a priority!Service: Hairstyling

I've been seeing Callie for over 2 years now and she is always exceptional and really listens to me. She is kind and so creative, a true artist. I think that is true for most of the staff.

I like having peek-a-boo color and Amber has been doing my color and cut for years. She is the best. Salon 104 has many excellent hair stylists and they take all the precautions to make sure staff and customers are safe and healthy.
