Funded by Downtown Mt. Vernon Developement Corporation (DMDC), The UpStart Art Mart (USAM) is a retail store showcasing Mt. Vernon and surrounding area's local talent. Established in Apirl 2013, USAM is the newest addition of local flare in Downtown Mt. Vernon, providing artists and the community a place to gather, appreciate, and purchase locally made paintings, drawings, photography, sculptures, ceramics, music, clothing, soaps, jewelry, etc...
