Upstate Armory Group

Wanted some help with purchasing a suppressor and getting some ATF paperwork completed. They were very helpful and even have a kiosk where the process is almost entirely automated. If you want to purchase a suppressor, go here because this is as easy as it gets. I was even able to look at and hold the suppressor I was planning on purchasing. They were very nice and attentive to my needs. I'll definitely be back here again.

Great service. Friendly people. They fixed my rifle eventhough another gunshop said that it could not be done!! Great experience!!

All of the variety of a big box store with the mom and pop atmosphere I love. These guys are not looking to get rich off of me, and their price points will always be the bottom line. I have not found a place that works harder for my business, nor a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff.

Tried to stop in at 10am. Shop was locked up tight. Better luck next time.

Picked up my Taurus Judge today. I checked around at other local gun shops and Upstate Armory is by far the best place to get a cerakote finish on your gun. They listened to what I wanted and turned my vision into reality. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Trust Upstate Armory with your firearm and you will not regret it.

Not using good judgement, last month I returned to this place to ask them to sight-in a rifle I was having difficulty with. When I went to drop off the rifle, I was given a price of "No more than $35." When I went to pick up the rifle the new price apparently was $45. I told the lady that was checking me out that the original price I was given was $35. They came up with some excuse as to why it needed to cost more. I told her that every time I've come to have them perform gunsmith work, they pull the same trick 2nd time I've experienced this. She said she would drop it down to $40 and that this was the best she could do. To make the situation truly regretful, I took my rifle to shoot today and it was obvious that its still not sighted-in. Nothing better than feeling crooked out of your money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for anything related to your firearms.

I have been to many of the other fine firearms dealers in the local area. Out of all of them I find myself always going to Upstate Armory Group for all of my needs. Whatever your looking for, check their website! They can get any of the firearms listed there and the price you see is the price your going to pay. I'd your looking for a great FFL for firearms you have purchased online you cannot do better than to select Upstate Armory Group as your transfer shop! They have the lowest transfer fees in town! You will love their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never once have I felt like I was not wanted there or bothering them in any way. I will be going back frequently to give them as much business as I can!

I dropped off a shotgun on 22-APR to be worked on as it would not eject a spent shell. I have called at least 6 times as well as showed up in person only to be told that we will call you back as it’s not ready. I called again today- 30-JAN and was told it was on the gunsmith’s desk waiting on parts. They don’t even have the decency to call you and let you know what is wrong with the gun or when they expect to have it fixed. Don’t waste your time taking anything to them

Never ever I repeat Never ever again. The guy answered the phone and I ask how soon can he hydrodipp a firearm and he said that he is not booked up and to come now. I'm coming from 45 mins away with high gas prices. I get there and they had to call the guy that doesn't even work there! Then that guy said about a week. Next he tell me that he told me on the phone conversation we just had that he told me one to two weeks like he was the one hydrodipping. I asked him did he tell me that on the phone before I drove all the way over there and he said he did. They are complete liars and never again. $30 in gas for nothing thanks alot. I told him that I was a man of God and don't lie and he told me that he didn't care about God. Go here if you like I wouldn't recommend it.

Honestly don't know how the place is still in business. Everytime I come in the store it is basically empty of product. No prices posted. See something thats not a cheap no name gun and its the owners - not for sale. Guess they are just riding the kiosks name. Each visit gets worse. The pictures in the business review do not reflect the current state correctly.
