The place was dirty and disorganized. The bulk of the Staff were together talking. I had to ask the staff if someone was going to help me or what. The so-called manager was a joke… stated he has no control. The best time to come to this place is in the morning and during the weekdays. I forgot to mention the bathroom was horrible. All the money they making and they can’t fix the bathroom. Fix this place and train your staff
Excellent place to take the children of all ages for an afternoon or night out. There are a variety of game activities such as rock climbing and the ball pits, trampolines and slides...the only downside is there is an absence of arcade games. I feel this would really take the place over the top. Nevertheless, it is perfect for group birthday parties. The food is good.
I have being coming here for a while now. I use like this location. However today seems to be over crowded no one wearing mask amongst children and adults Despite the rise of Covid within children which is one requirement stated online. The place is filthy. Teenage staff not enforcing any rules or regulations. They are congregating with outside friends or family. Today was very disappointing.
Went for my friends kids bday party and glad to see how they do their bday which I don’t recommend looks so unsanitary from the moment they brought all the food and how the fries are just put in a tray with nothingno paper underneath to soak the grease or just to make It look decent Just wow.. Highly suggest to bring their own tray if you wanna make it at-least look presentable to the guests Another thing is, everyone who has the socks to jump goes in the bathroom with the same socks where they jump and touch : imagine all that germs ugh. I mean you get what you pay for. Though my kid and I had fun but I’ll have to rethink going back smh ‍
Signed the waiver beforehand, and got straight into the place very quickly. Very nice staff/service. Kids had a blast. Food was good, they had some ready but I asked for something fresh, the girl at the counter said there would be a small wait. Nevertheless, my food was brought out in no time at all. I asked about their memberships, they're actually pretty affordable as long as you go at least once a month. Would recommend for kids of all ages, and even for adults! Thinking of having my sons birthday here soon!
Where do I even start? When you first enter the building you’re greeted by teenagers or young adults who act like children themselves. There seemed to be no manager to oversee activities as staff were either on their cell phones, socializing loudly, riding a bike indoors, and wearing their staff tee shirts half on/half off, to name a few. The place was DIRTY. Some of the balls in the ball put had brown/gray markings, the lights along the ball pit were broken exposing electrical wiring and sharp edges. The carpeted area around the ball pit was wet and seemed to only get bigger throughout the night. Luckily it wasn’t a slippery floor because of the carpet but it still made our socks damp for the rest of the evening. A few of the arcade games were physically broken also exposing electrical wiring, which my 3 year old found amusing. The trampolines themselves were decent enough. The pizza gave my husband and me food poisoning. Thank goodness my 3 year old was too excited to eat or else would have had food poisoning with us. The fountain drinks were not carbonated so our drinks tasted like straight up syrup. Someone in regular clothes from the kitchen area walked out of the kitchen so I asked to have tap water instead of the sodas and he said he’s off shift and left. Luckily the nice young lady behind him helped me out. The jungle gym had what I assume to be syrup on the floor mats as they were red and sticky. We left this place as fast as we could, got in the car and sanitized our hands. I still managed to catch something from here but can’t prove since I signed a waiver. This place either needs a complete overhaul or it needs to be shut down. The proper authorities need to come and take a closer look at this place. Bottom line is, while this place seems IG-worthy. IT. IS. NOT. Spend your money elsewhere.
Came in a week ago with a party of three adults. What a workout! We had quite a bit of fun and we're gasping for air at the end of our experience. We came in around 11am and it wasn't overcrowded. There were a couple of birthday parties going on and the staff had everything under control. We had the ultimate ticket, but one of their VR games wasn't on, so it might be worth to save the extra bucks and get a regular ticket instead. It's situated in a great location with other options of entertainment / food around. Great for adults who want to feel like a kid again!
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there yesterday and everything went better than planned. CARLOS our host was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end. He was attentive, a big, friendly smile all the time, caring and kind. Great, great person who helped make our experience even more wonderful.
I see the bad reviews but honestly that’s just people being Karen’s. I had my son’s birthday party here and it was awesome, everyone had a good time and my party host was great. It’s a little pricey and your obviously not getting gourmet food at a jump park but that’s all. Bring your own cake, this is for the kids to have fun not the adults lol.
First time here! I always wanted to come and see what this place had to off vs the other trampoline parks. The moment I walked in the air was thick, after being in the park after an hour my throat started to get scratchy the air isn’t circulating at all. Nonetheless its a very nice park, so many options. My niece enjoyed herself
