This was our first visit to a Urban Air park. Our party consisted of three adults and four kiddos ages 4,6,10,13. Although it's not disclosed before you purchase the tickets, the pass is only good for 3 hours, keep this in mind if your expecting to meet up with other individuals at the park. We purchased the platinum package with expectations of getting what we paid for. The platinum package cost $10 more per person and offers three attractions that are not available on the ultimate package: *unlimited "Spin Zone" bumper cars *unlimited "Virtual Reality" 1 game of Bowling. Unfortunately, only 2 of the 10 bumper cars were operable as the other 8 were not working, the virtual reality only had one partially operable headset no sound and all the bowling lanes were closed. Our group of kiddos were unable to play together because of the broken attractions. As a recommendation, I wouldn't advise purchasing the "upgrade" unless your into being disappointed. Ask before you buy if all attractions are available. The temperature of the the indoor park was unbearable for the for the first 2 and a half hours, it seems like the AC kicked on after 12:30 PM. All but four of the staff seemed to be unhappy employees. The few that attempted to create that "magical fun experience" for guest were spot on for customer service. Thier shining efforts however, were eclipsed by the gloominess of the mass of their fellow workers. If you enjoyed my review, please select the thumbs up icon and consider following me. Thanks!

This is a fun place for all ages. I brought my 5 year old here. She has a ton of fun. They have couches for parents to sit on and a place to work on your laptop as well.Visited onWeekday
Absolutely loved Urban Air, very friendly staff & very clean place. Lots of fun to have, some for little kids & some for bigger kids. Had too much fun to take a lot of pictures. Price for entry: $20
My 3 girls, ages 5 & 7, always have a a great time here. At our last visit the girls spent over an hour in the rock wall area. Darius was so kind and patient with all 3 of them helping them at each wall! We will definitely be back!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
I brought my two kids here today, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was a young man who was very helpful. One of my kids couldn’t find me, and one of the workers named Carlos helped me find my son. I was so grateful for his kindness, especially during these times. If you are ever in the Collierville area with your kids, then give this place try.
Super not impressed. Came here on a hot day for my kids to jump and get some energy out. It really needs a ton of maintenance work. Lots of trampolines out, the ropes course is out, the slides are terrible on the playground and don’t slide. Just overall totally not worth the money, needs a lot of maintence.Visited onPublic holidayWait timeNo wait
Everything about our experience today was great!!! The party room, the staff, and even the area for parentsthe massage chair was enjoyable. Big shoutout to Manager Byron for holding it down and leading such a young group of kids to run such a phenomenal center. :Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entryFree
So incredibly sad at this experience. When my middle kids were young I brought them here often and it was always a good time, well worked. So, I Decided to take my littles and was ridiculously saddened. The amount of kids working should have been sufficient to keep attractions open. However, any time you wanted to go on an attraction you had to find an employee or have one paged to open it up. Then when the workers would go to the attraction, they walked ridiculously slow to get there. These kids were constantly huddled up talking, heaven forbid you interrupt them to have them actually work. This place used to be filled. It was pretty empty and now I know why! I, for one, will never bring my kids back. It was a horrible waste of money to get the platinum package. Had I seen a manager, I would have spoken to someone on the spot. So disappointed.
