This place is incredible! Only 11.99 to bring toddlers from 10-2! It’s strictly toddler time so it’s a safe space for them to hop and climb around without getting trampled lol. Lots of parents and lots of kids! Such a great time for little ones. They give you socks with grips on them so you don’t slip which is appreciated for the kids. Such a great experience
Urban Air has been one of the Best Place to take your kids or anyone who just wants to have Fun! The Staffs who helped me and my family were very Kind and Amazing to my family. They made the process very easy for us. Big Thanks to Christy & Alyssa! Star Winners for me. I think the one in Cranberry has a lot for kids to do versus the other ones and I think the staff keeps it very clean also. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have their kids play for a few hours. Thank You for making my family have an amazing time
Nice chilled atmosphere. Staff seems knowledgeable professional and makes everyone feel safe. Wasn't too overly crowded and wait times for attractions were tolerable. Would highly recommend and will be returning
Our first time here was such a great experience! It was very busy when we went, but it was still a blast! Employees were nice and friendly. They have Gluten-free pizza, and it's good! We didn't have much of a wait time for our food. Overall my family and I had a great first-time experience and can't wait to go back!
Fantastic place to let the kids burn some energy off. Great adult area upstairs to overlook the kids playing or you can join in on the fun. Challenging obstacle courses, zipline, rock climbing, etc. Standard concession area food and drinks.
Pretty good place to let the kids blow off energy. Loud noisy and crowded...but what would you expect. Price is about equivalent to a day at Chucky Cheeze with more do... maybe a little more expensive if you get snacks and drinks.
The experience was overall really good and very enjoyable. All the staff were very kind a welcoming. One member in particular, Morgan S, was one of the best there. She displayed a positive, kind attitude, along with being a very efficient worker. She ensured my safety to the highest degree, and I think she could go far as a great employee! I’ll be sure to be back soon!
We went to Urban Air today for a birthday party. It was extremely busy. The staff definitely had their hands full. My 7 year old son was playing dodge ball back in the dodge ball thing and these 3 older girls.. who I presumed to be teenagers, I later found out they were 11, 12, and 16.. no parents there. The 16 year old brought all of them. ..were holding all of the balls. Just kind of collecting them. Well my 7 yr old went up to try to get some of the balls to play with them and him and the girls started wrestling around for them. At which point one of the girls threw my son down to the ground with so much force and ripped his shirt. I don't leave my child's side at these places so I witnessed the entire thing. I screamed for her to stop and she said well he grabbed me first..Etc.. but as I said I was standing there the entire time. .they were all just playing around . Anyway.. I called the manger over because I was really upset at what has taken place and I wasn't going to argue with girls who I thought were teenagers..I was trying to find their parents. This is when I found out they weren't there . The manager Brandon, went above and beyond to take care of this situation. He got my son a new shirt to wear because his was destroyed and had the girls apologize and made them leave... then when we were leaving I thanked him again and he gave us free passes to come back again . He was amazing! Everyone of the staff that was around and saw what happened asked my son if he was ok . I really can't say enough good things about the staff here!!
It was very fun! All three of my kids enjoyed themselves, however my littlest one would have been a little bit less cautious when I followed him around if the bigger kids, past 52", would have been kept out of the tall structure since they were rowdy and pushing little ones when they'd go through. There's a sign but it doesn't do much good since it is just ignored But over all it was fine and we enjoyed ourselves, three very tired kiddos and parent from going through following the three year old everywhere!
Not just trampolines but lots of different activities catering to different age groups, even adults. It is A very popular destination especially when the weather's cold out. Very crowded on these weekends.
