The service, quality, food, and size of the building were all great! The zip line, rock climbing, and slides were all big and cool! We got pretzels, sweet tea, dip and dots, and icees. This place is very new. Please come here to have fun and play!!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$21–30
The place is great for the kids and younger people. I was there for a birthday party and I need to say that the manager Alexandra was incredibly rude and acting absolutely unprofessional. If you can avoid this place for your birthday parties, just do it!!! Save your money and your kids moments!! The place is mostly unsupervised as well. By the way, it's a little overpriced too!!!
We had a blast! We had our son's 7th birthday in one of their private room. The price was high but it was totally worth it. We purchased their premium package which included everything for our guests and us. We were able to add on extras as needed. Everything was ready to go when we got there. It was well organized and the host Rachel did such an amazing job that I had no choice but to spend extra tipping her well. She helped give out drinks, pizza, and cake and so many other things. My family and I really enjoyed her company and I cannot stress enough that she was the glue that held everything together. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be returning!
Don’t go to this place if you’re older than 15 years old. After 10 minutes of walking around, we realized this place is more for kids. There’s not much to do for adults and at the time the only thing that would’ve been somewhat fun for adults, the ninja warrior course, was closed. Tried to get a refund, but all they could give us were tickets to come back, but we don’t want to come back. It’s advertised for all ages, even adults, but stay away if you’re an adult or older teenager.
Not structured, too many little babies running around unsupervised, ninja course more like a ball zone for babies. Would be a great place for teens, but all the little babies ruined the experience. No Skydive, place is small and over-crowded.. I would not recommend this place for kids under 10. Bar and alcohol available for adults. Not enough staff for the number of guest. Food was Great! Pizza fresh and Hot !!! 5 STARS REVIEWS MAY NOT BE HONEST REVIEWS... SEE PHOTO
Good entertainment for the kids, and can tire them out. Lot to do for a wide range of ages, and enough variety that they don't get bored of the same thing. It can get expensive so we usually sick with the deluxe plan, and they still have a lot to do. We've never eaten there but the food looks okay. There is a water fountain hidden in the way back by the family restroom if you don't want to pay for bottled water.
I was looking for some place fun to take my niece and nephew while they visited from out of town, and knowing nothing about this place, figured we’d give it a try. I did not have high expectations and assumed we’d stay an hour or two before they got bored, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were there for the full 4 hours and they had a blast!! The employees were all super friendly and helpful esp the one at the front desk who explained the different options and answered my questions The facility itself is very clean and had plenty to keep them busy. My niece and nephew especially loved the obstacle courses and the dodgeball trampolines. Most of the kids there when we went seemed like they were under 10 or 11, so there weren’t any older kids pushing around or scaring younger ones. We went on a weekday evening, which worked out well because it wasn’t crowded at all. There are several different pass options depending on what you want to do/budget. Overall a fun atmosphere and experience, and I def recommend it if you want something to keep young kids active for a few hours! FWIW, i did not see any signs soliciting reviews, either
We have a platinum membership since we live pretty close and it's TOTALLY worth it. We come whenever it's raining, too hot, too cold, etc. It also lets us come when it's not busy and stay for an hour or two without sweating getting our money's worth. Going more than a few times a year, it's way cheaper and they get free pizza and snack with every visit. Everything is kept pretty clean and in good working condition and I never have to worry about whether the kids are safe or not. Getting some time in the massage chairs is a nice bonus, too. We have also done birthday parties here, which are pretty expensive but they really do it up and it's a heck of an experience.
I took my 3 sons, who are 5, 7, and 14 there. They all had a blast. There was so much for them all to do. The staff are all really nice and helpful and they do a great job at keeping the place clean. Will definitely be going back.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Great idea, but it can be a sensory overload at first. There is a lot to do in a small space. I thought they took up too much space with the sitting area around the café, but my wife disagrees. Our 9 year old had a blast, but our 13 year old didn't. It's worth checking outVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entryFree
