Tonight we went to this Urban Air location and it was jam packed with kids. The staff did a decent enough job keeping garbage off the floor and running their concessions area. I only really saw one younger man trying to keep kids from climbing on areas they weren't supposed to. The mats seemed like they were getting pretty dirty, especially in the ninja warrior kind of area. The hanging punching bag things were pretty gross. There were far less foam blocks in the pit area than I've seen at any location and they were also pretty weathered. I think the part that stood out the most was the hole in the top of the jungle gym underneath the slide thing. It was probably big enough for a small child's head to fit through and higher up in the structure. Some of the netting was also held together with zip ties. The kids were incredibly happy despite the overload of people. Not a bad place to go but dirtier than most trampoline parks we've been to.

I had my daughters 3rd birthday there yesterday and it was amazing. Hannah was terrific! I can’t remember the other host but he was amazing as well. She was super helpful and my guests had so much fun! My daughter also had the best time there. The whole process was smooth the only thing I had to worry about was candy bags. Thank you so much Hannah! :

I just had a birthday party for my 8 y.o son. I have nothing but POSITIVE feedback to share about Urban Air Garland. The management team is the best. Shoutout to Cameron and Jenny! I was very impressed with how incredibly helpful and courteous they were when walking me through the entire process. They definitely went above and beyond for us to have a stress free and fun experience. The venue itself is also very clean and safe. I could not have asked for more. Thank you all!

We had our sons birthday here and they were very accommodating and so nice. All the kids enjoyed this place so much and the party was so organized. Our host was Madison and she did a terrific job giving us what we needed so we can focus on our guests. We look forward to coming back and recommend this for other parents considering parties.

This location is fairly clean each time we visit. This urban air doesn’t seem to have the same stuff as another location we usually go to. The cafe/kitchen at this location is ALWAYS short staffed and they rarely seem to be able to take orders without an hour wait time. If it’s going to be an hour wait time bc you have 1 person working the kitchen on a Saturday during a peak time for Birthday parties, then post a sign so people doing wait in line forever to find out it’s an hour to get chicken tenders and fries. Also, why book 1 person to work the kitchen during a busy time with fully booked birthday parties if that person has to be dedicated to making pizza for those parties? I wouldn’t be as annoyed if this was a frequent excuse from this place.

Amazing team ! Jax was really kind and gave me a great first time experience by taking care of little kids jumping around with olders ones. Protecting the minors and environment!

Just had my daughters 5th birthday party here! Staff was amazing! Restrooms were clean. Kids had a great time!

Workers were friendly. The place was very clean and when we went, we were the only ones there basically so I didn’t have to worry about my 4 and 6 year old being trampled which was good! They have a little cafe which was closed and the candy area is way over priced. I love that they have many areas though! Lots of options for the kids! Got a deal on Groupon which is what landed me at this location.

These guys have birthdays down! Great staff who were very accommodating. Hailey was very helpful and professional. We had fifty people in our party and it went smoothly without a hitch. Great place to let the kids just go nuts. Plus there's a parents lounge upstairs. No beer served, unfortunately. Probably for the best though.

Here today for Birthday Party.  Nice Clean Place and a lot of activities for everyone to have a Good time. The Host DJ is providing us excellent service and he’s very knowledgeable when we ask questions and he definitely make sure everyone signs a waiver to participate and jump. We will be coming again.
