We love Urban Air for our birthday parties. They are accommodating from booking through checkout. Having a birthday party at urban air make for a stress free, clean up free, fun time! The kids can run around and have fun. Pizza, drinks, socks, and water are provided. Highly recommend.
So much fun for the kids! Great staff, ran great, amazing environment! It felt like they kept everything clean. We will definitely bring the family back! Thanks for all of the great work!
We had a private event rental for 2 hours on a Saturday. The staff is by far the most amazing people to work with. From the manager to the party host and the other employee who helped with the kids with the obstacle courses….. they were wonderful! Five star for customer service and five star for the best birthday party my daughter has ever had.
Amazing facility for kids of all ages. They were short staffed, but never let us know it. They closed a couple of the activities, but graciously opened up each of them upon request. Benyah made us feel like VIP's. Now if only we could get one of these near Mankato, MN. Well worth the 2 hour drive. :
Great place for letting your kids run around and play. Food is decent and reasonably priced. The staff is fun and friendly.

This is the second birthday party we’ve hosted at Urban Air and love it. The managers are so easy to work with to plan your day and they work so hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. There are so many options and opportunities to add on to make it the best experience for the party. Besides the work they do for your party, UA is such a fun and unique opportunity with something fun for all age and ability levels. My boys tried the ropes course for the first time this year and had a blast! We are lucky this is so close to home, but would totally be willing to drive for it. Thank you Whitney and Kristy for making our party so great!
First time I came to urban air was yesterday and the young men at the kiosk were super helpful and polite. Helping me with questions I had. Everything was fun. It was an amazing experience. 10/10 for sure. The only thing I disliked where the pit balls smells like pee. Now I understand the risk being that there are hundreds of kids but it was a horrible smell. The staff at the cafe were not only cussing, but were discussing work drama in front of me which is crazy…not sure if the man in black is the supervisor but…. Ordered 2 pizza slices and soda for $8.. it not only looked old and dry, but it was doughy and disgusting. I didn’t even eat it and just ate my loss. There were other things, but my kids had fun so did I and the men at the front counter made the experience very enjoyable. So that helped rule out the negative
Took my 5 year old here and we had a blast for a great price. I will say there is absolutely zero supervision. That maybe was what made it more fun. No one is there watching the kids telling them not to do stuff, but I would be worried if I wasn’t there right next to my kid watching and playing with them. Overall a lot of fun stuff to do for a great price especially if they’re under 5.
It was so so many kids everywhere..I paid 58 bucks just for me and my husband watch my son play safely because we informed them that we had to be close to him and couldn't just let him run wild. Then after bumping into so many not being able to play properly we left. After not even an hour. They should have time slots so everyone can enjoy the experience. But instead they fill up with birthday parties and people on top of people just to get the money. But no great experience. So I will not be back. Things just aren't the same...I mean I didn't see people cleaning and keeping things clean either. With all these beautiful children they should making sure they spray the balls and all the surfaces every so often but nooooooo...just collecting money. No going back
