The people working here are so friendly! The price for the psychedelic water is little high, but i will be back.

This location keeps us disappointed. One Sunday we arrived only to find out at the door they were closing at 6pm instead of 8pm as the info on Google maps stated. It has been fixed now. So we arrived the other Sunday at 5:15pm thinking we have enough time to shop. When we got to fitting rooms with several pieces to try on at around 5:35pm they told us, sorry, they were closing. At that point we gave up. Our visible disappointment made the staffer change their mind and offer us to open a fitting room for us, but we already lost our shopping appetite. I don't think we'll be visiting soon, considering we have to drive one hour and twenty minutes to get there only to get disappointed again.

Always love going here. They have very trendy and affordable styles and great sales!

Great idea closing at 7 p.m.! probably make enough profit from the outrageously priced pretty normal clothing to do so

Worst Urban Outfitters I've ever been in. First of all, why that location? Secondly, it's very small and doesn't carry much. Takes about a minute to tour the whole place and know there's not much worth seeing.

I found a t-shirt on the sale rack with no sale tag and I hadn’t seen the shirt anywhere else, so I went up the check-out to ask if it was on sale and what the price would be and after looking through the computer the saleswoman told me that the price is $35 dollars, $5 more than the $30 tag originally on the shirt. I mentioned that the shirt has a $30 price tag and both employees were very stand-off ish and refused to acknowledge the price of the tag. The cashiers both said the price is whatever the computer says and were very rude. Horrible customer service, Only shop here if you don’t have any questions.

This location is absolutely amazing! I called there this morning looking for a copy of Blackout by Britney Spears since urbanoutfitters.com screwed me over on my copy and to my luck they had it! I shared my situation about it with Monique and Collin and they were incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure I get this iconic album in my hands so thank you so much! I will gladly be a repeat customer to this location vs the website! Keep up the amazing service!

This rating is strictly from my experience through online order and nothing to do with this store specifically. Purchased a sofa and it took about 6 weeks to get shipped. When I received the item, I decided it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and returned the item. This is where it gets interesting. I called the main 1800 number and told them I would like a return. The lady tells me to call their delivery department. I call the delivery department they tell me to call the main line first. Go back and forth a few time and then I finally snap and they process it. Then it takes them another 2 weeks to get them to come back to pick it up. Now it has been a week since they took it and still no refund. Make sure you have no returns.
