Highly recommended for renting Penske trucks. They're very efficient and incredibly nice. Their customer service is top notch. Harry is a very understanding and kind Manager. Their storage units look very nice as well and clean and efficient. Again highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Manager on-site was friendly and extremely helpful. I showed up with no reservation or phone call, and they were able to accommodate me same day. Location is very secure and access is straightforward with a loading dock and large cargo elevator. Very conveniently located in downtown Omaha and access was easy. Prices were very fair. Hours are slightly limited, but not a problem if you plan ahead. I absolutely recommend this place: most storage places will provide you the same basic services, climate controlled lockers, but the staff here make the Storage Loft stand out above others!

Great rates available for the unit size options; there's even an autopay discount available. Less than a mile from my apartment downtown. The facilities are clean and very secure. Access isn't 24/7, but as an adult I like to think I can plan ahead whenever I need to access my unit.

The Storage Loft is such a great and inexpensive storage place! We needed an affordable storage place fast because we stored all of our stuff in a garage and the rain ruined a lot of it. The person on site is super nice and walked us through everything that we needed to know when storing stuff! I would definitely recommend this place.

So far renting with The Storage Loft has been a great experience. They are conveniently located in the Old Market area of Omaha. They are tractor trailer friendly for those storing a substantial amount of items. The elevator is quite large, allowing one to move more items in each trip. The space is very clean and well maintained. Mike is always friendly and willing to help.

I really needed a storage fast! Storage Loft is conveniently located in downtown Omaha. And, is extremely professional. Someone is always onsite during office hours, and very accommodating. Because I made my reservation online I received my lock for free. Plus, their price, for the locker I rent, is inexpensive.

The Storage Loft is conveniently located near Creighton University. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and very helpful as we coordinated summer storage from out of state. The ability to rent the U-Haul cargo van was an added bonus and really convenient. The guys at The Storage Loft made "moving out" day very easy and stress free. We rented the small locker and was impressed that it was a generous-sized space. Had plenty of room. Appreciate the pro-rated rate at the beginning and the end. Looking forward to renting space from The Storage Loft each year.
