The healthy fast-food althernative is a rapidly growing industry increasing an astounding 30% in 2014 alone. We want to offer our customers the advantage of convenience for their healthy fast-food choices and our investors the opportunity to realize “healthy” returns along with terrific capital appreciation.
Each franchise restaurant will be housed in a custom 700’ space designed for efficiency and maximum profitability with a visual footprint that is not only pleasing to the eye, but extremely functional.
The center “court” is aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Creating a flow from front to back that is functional and useful.
Patrons can sit at any of the tables provided and enjoy their meal or drink with friends and family, co-workers or just by themselves and listen to the ambient sounds of the water wall in the center of the court. They might also simply take in the pleasant background music playing softly over the speaker system while surfing the web on our provided free wifi within the facility.
Both front and rear will have retractable glass walls/doors that can be opened during warmer days to give the impression of an open air courtyard.
We intend to create a sense of community within our court that customers will want to come back for again and again. One weekend a month we will provide live acoustic performers to help facilitate a feeling of family friendliness and we will also, on occasion, provide various types of entertainers within the facility such as balloon artists during peak family traffic. During the warmer months we will hold local artist events where indigenous artists can display their works and possibly sell their treasures within these neighborhoods.
