Urbandale Laserwash

Used the Meredith location which isn't even listed on Google??? And paid for the highest package. Not only was my car not even clean, it took off some of my paint at the edge of my hood. Absolutely will not go back, and will be trying to find a contact at the wash to assist with damages.

This automated car wash does a good job washing the car but not drying it. It doesn’t provide enough time to get the entire car dry. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s been the same each time. For $13, I expect the car to be clean and dry.. I mentioned it to the gentleman who was working and he didn’t seem to care. No problem, I won’t be back.Services: Car waxing

Paid for a wash and bay door wouldn't open. Tried multiple times with no success. Have left multiple voicemails with no returned calls. Poor customer service. 40 other places to get a good wash in Des Moines area. Don't go to this car wash!!!Service: Auto detailing

For the price, this touchless car wash did an excellent job. Got the $10 wash and everything looks good!

Had a stripe of soap left down the middle of my F-150. Still soap on the tailgate after the wash. Did not do a complete job. Will not go back again. Streaks of dirt are still present on bed and tailgate. Machine moves way too fast.Service: Auto detailing

Usually have a good experience at this wash, but on 7/2 washed my car & the wash wasn't working properly. No pressure in gatling guns, undercarriage wash didn't work, and spray nozzles in wash cycle weren't working properly. Emailed to let them know of the issues, and a week later, still no response.

I love this place. I only ever take my beloved car through touchfree washes, and have found that this place is generally a better value than Executive Laser Wash. This place gives my car a shinier finish when dried, at a few dollar less than Executive Laser Wash. However, I wish the jets here were more powerful and that there were more of them. If you have extremely caked on gunk or bugs, I'd choose Executive over Laserwash of Urbandale. For everything else, this is the better value, and usually way less packed!
