Urgent Care

We sent an employee over for a pre-placement physical, x-ray, and drug screen. We are in Virginia and employee lives in Florida. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. Seamless execution from client set-up, services rendered, and payment for services received. They sent our results over to us quickly. Highly recommend. From Chelsea at the front desk to Myron and Rachel, they were nice and took good care of me. I went early and was out in under an hour and a half. I am waiting for insurance to start soon, so I had to pay $125 up front plus $50 for a test. Not bad.

Had a Terrible experience.... Filled paper work out and was waiting to be called.. a person walks in and fill paperwork out and gets called almost immediately to the back... All I'm told is there was a mix up and I will be called back.. so?? how was i waiting that long and how did the person skip me?.. please do better. My child needed stitches. got us here ignored..its been over an hour.

I absolutely love the urgent care team. From the ladies at check-in to the Dr's. and NP's they are terrific! I wish my primary was half as good.

I was very impressed by the kind reception and care that I received while being treated by Rachel at Urgent Care. Short wait time, no issues with my insurance. She was attentive and listened to the issues that I was having and helped me with the correct medications so that I could get well again. 10/10 would recommend seeing Rachel to get the best care.

My experience was fine. I had an infant seen on a holiday or I would have NEVER have gone to an Urgent Care. But when your baby is ill and your pediatrician is closed you do what you have to do. I want to first say I don’t believe entirely on reviews. I tried to get my issue addressed via phone today but that was unsuccessful. Our child was seen at the pediatrician one day after being seen at this urgent care. To be told by the Pediatrician our baby doesn’t have an ear infection!!! The ears are clear. Our child has a sore throat. Maybe if the nurse practitioner looked at our child’s throat our child would not have been misdiagnosed. I asked how our copay could be returned and Gabriella the Lead available said I could leave a message for billing but he was seen. If you’re not qualified to see infants you shouldn't see them.!! If you have time and money to waste spend it at this location! A misdiagnosis of a sore throat hmmm kind of sad!

Working out of town had to visit. Knee had some issues. From the front desk through all employees it was a great visit and the DR listened and was very knowledgeable. They were thorough and helped my knee! VERY PLEASED

first off they said they didn't accept our insurance. so we paid out of pocket. now I have to straighten it out with my insurance to make sure we get reimbursed and that may take months. they took x-rays without putting a lead blanket over my husband they took eight x-rays without any kind of protection from the radiation and that right there is a no no no. his infection is not getting any better and we're going to have to go to the hospital anyway. my advice is just go to the ER to get the proper care where there are actual physicians on site

Brought my child in, he was sent home being told it was allergies and could return to school the following day after being told if I needed a note for the day he missed I would have to come back later in the day to pick it up. We ended up in the ER 5 hours later where he was diagnosed with Croup and needed steroids stat.

They all had smiles on their faces and ready to assist. I did not have my current insurance information everything is done online, but they still made checkin very easy and was upfront with the cost. During my appointment I found my information and the guenuine and very caring ARNP Fairchild assisted me with getting it updated with the receptionist. Fairchild listened to my concerns and helped getting me back to myself! I would highly recommend this office!
