Always very happy with my experiences here for the last couple years. All the staff are so welcoming, and get you in and out as fast as possible with the best care. Dr. Seamount was who I saw today, and she was above and beyond very compassionate. It makes it much easier to go to the doctors when you trust them. Highly recommend this location!

I went to Urgent Care for pain and stiffness in my neck and other areas of my body. The staff there was very kind and understanding of my situation. The PA I seen, Lillian Cannon, was very kind and attentive to my situation. The x-ray tech and the receptionist were also very pleasant to deal with. I went in there at 11:30 on Sunday, and thankfully they weren't busy, so I was only in there for a little over an hour and a half. I got more answers of what I'm dealing with, so I know in the future if I need urgent care, I will turn to them. Thank you!!

Had unbearable pain and had to visit over the weekend. Brittany set my expectations with office visit and any other potential costs,  Mike was was genuinely concerned and caring with initial consultation & check in,  And Letti Reviewed all findings with me with an immediate action plan.  My medical prescriptions were sent exactly to pharmacy as prescribed , and started to feel better within hours of my visit.  I even received a follow up call that evening on how I was doing.    Thank You so much folks you make a difference for sure..

I took my wife to this place because she was bleeding profusely because she is taking a blood thinner due to a recent stroke.  They never offered to help her or even ask what the problem was, their only question was, “who’s your insurance with” and they were told it’s Medicare, the said they couldn’t help her stop the bleeding or anything else for that matter! So the “urgent” only applies if you’ve got the money. After refusing to even ask what the emergency was they showed her to the door,  seemed like strange behavior for a bunch of medical “professionals “. So if you need help don’t go there, you won’t find it there…!!

I was in with my daughter and was extremely happy with the level of care that she received. I was especially happy with our nurse, CJ was so kind and easy to talk to. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. Great service!

If you need COVID testing, this is a great place to go.  I picked my appointment time on the website.  Check in was fast and easy.  I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I was called back.  Test was quick and relatively pleasant as much as it could be.  Got my results in 25 minutes.

I was thankful they were open on Sunday. The people were nice and addressed my concern of UTI symptoms quickly. Since I was a previous patient it would have been useful to know I didn't have to repeat entering the information on my phone. Checking in on the iPad had sanitizing wipes next to it which was good, but it might be good to have directions for patients to know to use them on the screen. I felt well taken care of and cared about as I have before there.

Chelsea is awesome! The whole staff is great. They are always professional and kind. They keep things clean and safe during this difficult time. I really appreciate having a place that takes walk-ins. Thy do a wonderful of making you feel cared about.

I went in for a sore throat at 630 pm. The wait wasn't too long & the staff was very friendly. It was great being able to see the PA for non-covid care. The safety & cleanliness of the facility was also very reassuring.

My visit at this facility was as pleasant as could be expected with the amount of Covid testing they are doing. The staff was friendly and efficient, My only complaint is how they had the main lobby completely empty and had all covid testing patients both healthy and ill packed in the other waiting area. What chairs they had were spaced out some but they had people standing everywhere. They definately could have a better system to keep the healthy people coming in there healthy.
