Urgent Care of Suitland

What an awful experience at this establishment. I came in to be seen on a late Saturday morning. There was absolutely nobody there, no patients in the entire facility. When I handed them my insurance card, they proceeded to tell me they didn't accept my insurance. I said that's fine, please just bill me because I was very sick and need to be seen. They still refused, justifying their refusal by saying it's against the law to see a patient who has insurance they don't accept. And the worst part was, they had horrible attitudes and were extremely unfriendly. When I asked the receptionist what insurances did they accept, she didn't even know. I really think they just didn't feel like working that day. To be a brand new urgent care in the center of a community where people are living in poverty, and to turn away a client based on laziness is unacceptable. I'll never go back.

I'm came there tonight to get seen because I am really thirsty and can't stop using the bathroom. I was thinking I may be an diabetic , I had the worst headache that would not go away!!! And I get there at 6:07 pm and they are closed I'm pissed off to the roof there is no ugert care that's near my house but this one . I don't know what going on but if your not going to be in business and help customers then why are you here. I had to go back home sick and worry and I had my two kids with me it was cold out side. This was so uncalled for. If your having problems with the building being open put signs up stated you are closed or put it on your voicemail. I mean dam reading is fundamental I want to talk with a manger asap because this is ridiculous ‼‼‍

Do not come here! I’m outside right now and they are closed. It’s 10:45!!! This is ridiculous! Why is nothing being done about this? The managing company needs to be contacted because this is just triflen. I’m filing a complaint on any platform that i can because what kind of urgent care just doesn’t open. If you come here it’s a waste of time. I should have listened to the reviews.

Stopped by there because I was running a slight fever and the facility was closed. I was totally confused. This was an URGENT CARE? There was no note stating why they were closed or whether they would be re-opening. I really wish that our community can get it together. This makes NO sense to me.

They provided GREAT customer service . The receptionist & the Dr were super friendly . They listen to everything i had to say and helped me with exactly what i came in there for . I paid less then expected since my insurance don’t cover much. I loved it ! And it’s close to home. Very convenient.

I stopped by and the facility was closed with no description of why or specific hours modified hours, etc.. I will give them another chance.

Wow sitting in front of this place right now , it’s 10:17am , which it should been open at 10:00am on Tuesdays and it’s close wow is it close for good if so it should have a sign up or something people are rushing here in pain just to get here and it’s close wow
