Additional accounting services consist of performing audits of several types of entities including municipalities, non-profit corporations and housing agencies. Consulting services have included the design of agency’s internal control procedures, cost allocation methods, and assisting clients in the transition to the asset management model. The firm also assists agencies in the preparation of annual and five year plans and environmental plans. Additional services have included the development of a software system designed specifically for housing agencies. The software system tracks tenant household data and creates HUD 50058 forms for submission to PIC. The software comprises of the following integrated modules: Tenant Accounting, Section 8, Work Order, Waiting List Management, Inventory Control, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
