Urogynecology of Kansas City, LLC
Pelvic floor disorders include bladder and bowel control problems as well as pelvic organ prolapse. They occur when women have weakened pelvic muscles or tears in the connective tissue. If you suffer from one or more of these conditions, you are not alone. One in three women will experience a pelvic floor disorder in her lifetime. While increasing age is a risk factor for developing these conditions they are not considered a part of normal aging. Many women spend years suffering unaware that effective non-surgical and surgical options are available.
At Urogynecology of Kansas City we specialize in treating women with these issues. Dr. Nosti completed a three-year fellowship at Georgetown University in Washington DC; one of the nation’s premier Urogynecology programs. During his three year fellowship he performed hundreds of innovative procedures with some of the nation’s top pelvic surgeons.
