Went in for a simply vasectomy surgery with what was supposed to be an easy recover. At the last minute they changed the surgeon to someone I had never met. 5 weeks later I am still in pain and there is a large lump that I had to get an ultra sound done on. I have the results from that and it’s states that there is a possible infection that needs to be verified. It has been over a week and I have not heard back from the actual doctors. This is after numerous phone calls and messages via the medical app. Do not go to this doctors office if you can avoid it.
To busy! my doctor referred me sent the referral 2 times I'm told it will take 3 weeks before it gets put in the system and then I can set up a appointment If It takes a long time to get a appointment the office is to busy to take proper care of the patient
Dr Ojo Carons has been a god send to me with my conditions. I had been turned away by several area urologist including EVMS telling me there was nothing more they could do or it was a condition they don’t treat. But Dr Ojo Carons has been with me every step and never stopped trying to help me. I’m forever grateful to him and his staff and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of the best urologist!!
The worst group of staff I ever encountered and is always hard to get an appointment to be rescheduled and their attitude is “to bad you can’t make your current appointment, you got to wait until November “ Too bad, because I really liked the doctor.
Every time I call to make an appointment the staff is always rude. I have called on three occasion an after asking to speak to a supervisor to inform them. I will say she was the only one I found to be professional. I believe the call center is in need of training.
Dr. Goldin is a good doctor. I always like seeing older doctors because they have so much experience.
