I've banked here for decades, always with a big balance and never requesting help. When the longtime mgr retired, everything changed. Now I have nothing but trouble. I've tried to be patient and polite, but the current mgr JULIA is THE WORST. She doesn't honor appts, return calls when promised, complete work she should do, etc. As a disabled senior, I really need banking help. But this branch is understaffed and in need of a good replacement for Julia asap.
The staff at the Ft Thomas branch is incredible. Jonathan, Krista, and Tamika Have always treated me like I had a million bucks in the bank no matter what my business was.
I called asking for info about a loan Tamika was super sweet and helpful! Very much appreciated!
Their manager here is great. Liz really helped me waive some fees from my checking account. After the Newport downtown branch refused to help me. I have been with US bank for 15 years. Also I had a mortgage with US bank. Liz was very helpful and she made me feel like a valued customer.
Wasting my time. Needed my ID for some reason. Was dropping of my own deposit. Already had my information filled out. First time any bank has ever asked me for an ID when I wasn't requesting any money. Was trying to hurry for my lunch break. Thanks for wasting my time
The staff is phenomenal and I always feel welcome when I stop by. The personal touch is unlike any other bank around
