therss no ATM here. there's not even a sidewalk here.

I found out it's inside the SCI-Arc Art & Architecture Supply Store on the corner of 3rd and Santa Fe.  Actual address is 955 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90013.  Yes it's open to the public but only during open hours.

Google or us bank no bueno deleted this information because there is NOT us atm !!!!
