I AM LIVID. I cannot believe that US Bank stole $100 from my checking account and won’t give it back! I received a check from my mother for $100 on Christmas. On December 28th, I went to US Bank to deposit it in the ATM. However, the ATM was not working. What a surprise. The ATM at this location is usually down. So, I hated to do it, but I went to the drive-thru and deposited my check for $100. I have proof that it was deposited. However, on January 18th, I received a debit for $100 and the memo stated “insurance”. I called US Bank, and I questioned about the debit and why it was debited. I don’t have “insurance” with US Bank. The Rep did not know why, because they saw a deposit slip stating I deposited the check. Well, I put a claim in and did not receive any information from US bank, the claim automatically closed, without any knowledge to me. That got me upset. So, I literally went to the US Bank and asked to speak with who was in charge, Isabelle. Well, she could not explain why they debited my account. I was told that teller 11 is the one who deposited my check. I spoke with teller 11 and she told me she did not remember. I put in another claim to why they debited my money. AGAIN, they closed the claim without giving me ANY information. So, I called to speak with the manager Isabelle, and she told me they gave me the money. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THIS IS NOT TRUE. How dare they tell me they gave me the $100 when I deposited it!!! Are they going to show proof, with the cameras or something, stating that they gave me $100 back??? THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP.
I went to with draw 500 $ from the ATM and all it gives is 20$ bills I don't want a stack of 20s I want 100$ bills so canceled the transaction and went somewhere else
After being in a car accident which was a total loss. I had paid off the loan with money out of another account due to US bank being unable to handle a total loss. It has been 3 months and I still have not received a check for my overpayment of over $2000. The original insurance check was sent to the wrong address provided by US bank. But when I returned to the bank with a replacement check in person it was overnighted but never shows received after over a month. But since I have the lien release the insurance company is stopping payment and sending me the check directly. I can't even get a call back from the branch to say sorry sir that your upset but here is how to resolve it. I will be talking to the branch manager when I take in the $2000 check as I decide if I will close out my accounts that don't have loans coming out of them. Absolutely and completely disappointed in the service provided. I have been there for over 15 years and it may be time to go.
I went through the drive-thru on 01/08/2021 to make a simple deposit. There was four cars total in the commercial lane and the tube lanes. I pulled into one of the tube lanes and sent my tube in. I waited about five minutes with no help, I pushed the call button and told the teller I wanted to make a deposit. Her reply was "Sir, you have to wait your turn there are people ahead of you." In a very rude tone At this time, there was only one other car besides mine. I figure she could have said "Sorry for the wait, I'll be right with you". I called back and told them to send my stuff back and went to another location. The second location was much busier, however they were friendly and displayed customer service skills. I called the bank manager the same day, and to this date have not received a call back. Overall the first location was bad customer service in addition to just being rude.
My experience has always been terrible. The staff is not on the same page. I've experienced all bad and it seems to depend on who and their mood. The customers are definitely not a high priority. I have seen first hand where a customer was denied from the front door @ 12pm on the dot, on a Saturday. Where I usually bank, that would not happen. I was stunned. This bank has also confused me with other customers before. I have received a statement from another customer through the window service and have also been a victim of this bank depositing my money into my mother's account, who also has an account here, not once but twice! I will never trust this bank and will never suggest this bank to anyone...anywhere....or at anytime. This bank is a disgrace in my ratings.

I just drove 45 minutes to come deposit my paycheck because online their hours reflect that they close at 530. I believe that one of the 4 people I saw behind the counter while I sat in the drive through could have answered the phone, update hours online, or said something to me while sat I the drive through for 10 minutes. This branch has always been rude, dirty and overall not worth keeping open.
Absolutely dissmal experience. The banker, not the teller, had no idea there was a transaction limit on debit cards and didn't even make an attempt to help me from having my card closed again without alerting me. Yes they deactivated and closed my card not suspended, without any contact at all even after speaking with the fraud department 4 times to tell them the purchases were legitimate. The banker did enough to get me out of there. I recommend you go to Bank of America or a local bank like Academy before dealing with these guys. Maybe try some proper training in the future for people who are giving customers financial advise.
I find that while some people have been helpful to work with, there are some levels of employees that remain difficult to work with or to get them to compromise when things aren't your own fault. Regardless, fee heavy banking charges are frustrating including being charged monthly to see our own bank statements. Thing's have moved too far away from customer service and customer relations instead of big banking without a conscious.
Atm is always broken, 4/29 Removed another star. Bank is only open till 4pm despite google saying 5:30pm. They state its for COVID 19, but that doesn't make any sense since they only have drive thru open. Called Arvest Bank across the street they are open till 6pm wow imagine that! They don't do cashier checks/money orders for nonmembers so I'm SOL.
