I came into the Willits office feeling of great lose and needing of changes on my account. I was greeted with an uplifting smile, Angelina, who explained, canceled, added everything I needed. The experience was wonderful and just what I needed.

Angelina Torres was specialty rude, not helpful, she attended me while she was speaking on the phone talking about her daughter The service was too bad, she miss respect me and didn't provide the service I asked. Even it was done in the past, and some minutes later she did it to my friend. I would love to have a chat with her supervisor Nobody should be treated ever like this
Terrible business. If you have to go to this location, know that the people there are sketchy. Omar in particular sold a pre-used phone for a discounted price under the US cellular name but didn't give a receipt. The phone was faulty, not a minor issue either. The microphone doesn't work during phone calls and he refused a return saying he sold it personally and insistead that the phone was fine. Now for the most part this location is never open during listed hours which are posted on their front door and online so when you're disappointed that you waisted your time going there when there supposed to be open take it as a sign of good carma for you and go some place else.
I stopped into the store needing some accessories for my phone. Jennifer Banner was AWESOME and the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She made sure to explain all of the accessories I was looking at and helped make the best choices for me. She is now my go to for anything cell phone related! Thank you so much Jennifer, they are lucky to have you!
Omar helped me out in less than a Second from entering the store. My Bill was Paid and I was out of the store in under a minute literally no joke. Thank God someone is legit at US Cellular.

Jennifer was extremely nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge of the different plans and cell. phones. Jennifer is definitely a pleasant person to go to US Cellular for anything you need regarding you cell phone needs. Jennifer was extremely courteous and helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me. Sometimes there's a wait time, but it's worth it because I was treated like I was important and wouldn't mind waiting for that kind of customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
