Huge thank you to Ms. Lana Greer. I was prescribed underdosed/fake testersterone from Flordia Alternative Medicine, they informed me it was a quality control issue at the compounding facility they use US Compounding. I reached out to US Compounding and Ms. Greer was more than helpful. She took all the necessary information and researched the lot number I gave her off the vial. She informed me this was not one of their products. I hope US Compounding is still investigating this situation. Thank you again Ms. Greer. It's nice to know honest people still do exist.
Two weeks after collecting my insurance information I still have not received my compound. I called several times in the past two days and got voicemail every time. They finally called me back and lied about trying to call me last week. They claimed they didn't have my cell phone number, which is the number they called me on to get my insurance information. They claimed to have called my work number four times. The thing is, my work number logs missed calls and there were no unknown numbers, no calls from the 501 area code, and no calls from 800 numbers. There was also no voicemail from a US Compounding representative. When they finally "verified my shipping address" I had a $0 copay, so I didn't owe them anything they said it wouldn't be shipped until Monday. Seriously? This is pain medication and I've already waited two weeks, and they can't ship it today because it's Friday. I elevated to a supervisor and let them know I would be informing my doctor. They said they can't ship on Friday because it will sit on a truck in the heat. Say what? They ship FedEx and FedEx has Saturday delivery. I just got a call back that they would be shipping today, for delivery on Saturday. But I'm not going to increase my stars because I honestly believe they lied about calling, and that is bad business.
