I’ve had bad experiences in the past, experienced the rudeness over the phone others have mentioned, I even had a CBP officer brag to me that he ‘loves crushing cars’ cool..?. But today the gentlemen who helped me in-person was friendly and efficient. A refreshing change.
These guys have always been very quick and professional processing imports for me. Do your research. Know what is required. Show up prepared and they’ll have you in and out super quick!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called asking a question for a friend and was greeted by a rude agent that insulted me. I understand this is a government office but I feel politeness and a bit of customer service skills should be implemented for a job that requires to answer phone calls all day. To the lady who i spoke with: if your a negative person or are tired of hearing the same questions asked repeatedly then maybe it's time for a career change.
I wish I could give zero stars. Incredibly rude on the phone, condescending, and hung up on me. I'm a US veteran and used to government employees, but even this was insanely bad. Absolutely outrageous. A disgusting example of our government at work. Did not help at all.
Bad agent. I tried to ask for my friend and the agent insulted me. Bad service I've ever seen.
