I arrived at 630am for a 7am appointment and the line was out to the road but moved relatively quickly and the guard was somewhat pleasant and helpful. Considering the negative comments I wasn't expecting to much but I was pleasantly surprised. If you listen to what the guard tells you then you shouldn't have any issues. I had 27 pallets and I was in and out in like 3 hours. People were pleasant and backing was easy with plenty of room. They do have roughly 10 OT parking spots with vending machines and restroom facilities inside. Easy to get in and out of right off of Exit 256 off I95

I had a good experience from the time I arrived at guard shack. Guard checked me in and got me a door assignment very quickly, he was both professional and friendly. When I got to the receiving dock I got the same service, very professional and friendly. After I got lumper service started they started unloading my truck 20 minutes later. I was completed 1.75 hours later There's plenty of room to maneuver around in the lot making it easy to back into door. There's restrooms inside where you check. Also there's overnight parking out front of the guard shack.

I have been here twice and both times my experience was very pleasant. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and accommodating. I arrived the night before with a 11am appointment, parked in the bull pin, the guard woke me up around 6am. I was unloaded at 9am. I read all the bad reviews and find it hard to believe them .  In my opinion it depends on how you treat others that dictates how you will be treated. If you have a good spirit some patience you will be in and out in normal course.

One of the worst places I deliveres. Guard was nice but all the rest in the office nasty. Got there 06.40 for 08.00 appt. Got a door right away. Did t start unloading till after 8 but that was ok. 4 pallets at a time. Capstone we all know they charge whatever they want. I had no doublestack pallets but they charged for it anyway. $567.50 to unload a trailer. That's insane.  At 10.40 I got the green light but 10 min later went back to red. I guess some product was crushed so theu just threw in the trailer 14 cases. Not putting them by the wall at the ems of the trailer they just threw them in there. I went in and asked what's goin on twice, and after the se one time at 12.40 by the time I walked back to.myvtruck I got the green light and 25 min later I was gone. This is a horrible place to deliver. NEVER AGAIN! I ll post pics of how they threw the boxes in the trailer.

My experience was excellent! 7am appointment. Arrived at 1am, lot was close to full but they let me park on the property, told me to check in at 0630. Checked in at 0630, empty and out the gate at 0715! Very much appreciated!

Despite a bad reviews, had a good experience here. They took us a day before the appt. Guard let us in and said they will unload us if there's a dock available. Now I got a call, empty in 2 hours. Good company. Thank you for your help.  North States Logistics.

I’m a regular here every week. Things have gotten a lot better over the last couple years with check in process. Frank at security is always kind and welcoming and the office staff to include Wendy are always awesome. The only improvement that I think needs to be made is the area outside the gate is always littered with garbage and other bodily substances. Port a potties at the entrance need to be maintained more regularly which would allow others to want to use them and perhaps cut down on the nastiness. Other than that no issues and always a great job by the staff…

I wish I could give them 0 stars I would ! Basically I had a 1030 am appt got in the door at 1040. It took them 6 hrs to unload 18 pallets of packaging materials. I’m an owner operator and due to the excessive unloading time it cost me a very good paying load going to Pa . I will never come back here again ,holding up my ability to make money is unacceptable . Stay away from this horrible place!

I came for 8 am appointment got to the door 7:30 temperature -10 tailer stayed 4 hours with open doors no one even start unload went to office ask questions lady with lumper start yell at me saying i was annoying.

Horrible place to come to, when you arrive you can park on-site Remember to walk up to guard shack and check in for gate pass as they will not tell u only just beat your door down as they assume you’ve been here before. 5:20 roll through gate park in staging area hopefully there’s parking then proceed to call the 2 numbers given on the gate pass until given a door.e personally have been calling these numbers over an hour and I see the other drivers have too as no one’s has moved for an hour Phone lines are literally going straight to voicemail. HORRIBLE WAY TO WAKE UP!!
