Will send you a link telling you DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR TRUCK, WE'LL SEND YOU A LINK FOR PAYMENT WHEN UNLOADED. But they never did. After being empty for 2 hours and sitting in the dock for a total of 4 hours watching others come and go, finally decided to get out of the truck and go investigate. Paperwork sitting at office ready and waiting for 2 hours. Lumper was prepaid! No call, no notification from Capstone or receiver. Why? Because utter incompetence.
Craziest Delivery service so far in my merchandise ordering. No synchronization. Nobody can update where is your orders, deliver or not. Order not delivered but systems showing CLEAR. 2/3 days to connect driver, where is your PRODUCT located now 21st century, feels like 17th generation
Quick in and out and was unloaded in less than an hour and half. Nice people plenty of room to manouvre. Nothing to complain about really. Good job guys
Unloading service is better then I assumed. Appointment time was at 6 am and they give me my BOL with signature at 7 am. But be on time, otherwise they changed late fees. 30 minutes - 50$ 60 minutes - 100$ 120 minutes - 150$ 180 minutes - 200$ Reschedule Fees - 250$ Unscheduled - 250$ No Shows Load - 300$
I’ve delivered here a few times, and it’s always been fair. Small facility with about 30 docks which can get cramped on a busy day, but they’ll get the job done! I was scheduled for a Sunday morning delivery which is huge plus and unloaded with bills in less than 2 hours, pretty fast for pulling 20 tons of Potatoes off of Santa’s Sled! No overnight parking
Do not do delivery this company. They so slow here.
You will wait for long time and the employees who is working there they don’t really do anything Just setting and waiting outside and laughing on any questions you will ask them Very bad and unprofessional work I hope the managers see this and hire someone who really want to do the work And the guy at the delivery place with glass is the worst one Very rude and very respectful
Had a 0800 appointment and arrived at 0700. Was out by 0830! Great job!
you can not check in earlier then 6AM. If you came earlier you can park on back parking. I had apt 6AM. 5:50 got door, 7:30 got my bills. It was full load. After delivery me and few truckers parked in back spots and no one bothered us
Fast unloading but guard shack fatboy was rude maybe he should consider working for Mcdonald
