Appointment was at 06:00 checked in at 05:30, bumped the dock at 0615, 11:30 finally got my paperwork. People were very nice. There is a restroom to use. You do not need dot number plates numbers to check in.
They unloaded our truck 1 day before appt time. Very cool people there, definitely will come back. Thank you for a great work US FOOD.
Plenty of room for backing check in is easy, make sure you have trailer license plate,DOT, and trailer plate numbers along with licenses before you get out your truck to check in. Plus there is over night parking but limited to about 25 spaces
I been sitting here est Friday at 1:00 pm now it's Sunday 10 am they rescheduled me for Monday 8:00am the worst place ever the dc is so big with short receiving hours it 100 degrees out side I HATE DAT I ACCEPTED THIS LOAD the people hung up in your face PLEASE DONT DELIVER HERE YOU'LL FIND OUT THE HARD WAY
Typical US Foodservice. Here they have parking for maybe 20 trucks before the guard shack. Park. Walk paperwork to the guard, along with your licenses, truck and trailer plate numbers, seal number and US DOT number because they won't check you in while pulled up to the gate. They have to get your info logged, call to see if there's a door for you, etc., so park first and walk it up. Inside receiving office, things went normally... hand in ppw, wait for lumper service to come talk to you. They take your cell number, and then you can go back to the truck and wait for the call. Been almost 2 hours and I'm still waiting. Your mileage may vary.
This place sucks. 8am appointment...driver checked in at 0700 and didn't get a door until 10am. It's now 1300 and driver still waiting to unload. This is a wild place...you better have patience
To all my follow driver out there. The DC in Buda,TX are the wrost I have seen. To unload my truck it took this guys 7 hours. And when i go ask them they were rude. Told me to go to my truck and when they were ready they will call me. Avoid this warehouse. They really ..... .... I am try not to put what I am really thinking on this review. My truck will never go there again. Fellow driver this is no joke please avoid going there. They deserve no star.
carry paper work,us dot#,trailer& tractor license plate# for check in before enter the gate. Nice place digital work
Good people they take my load one day early and two hours unloaded
Came on time at 8am appt. 11 am they are not even start to unload. If i show up on time i expect to be out on time..I had to unload my own trailer just to be on time for next pick.Extremly lazy people.
